What is Resumeo?
Resumeo is an online HR tool for conducting video interview upon request.
What tasks does Resumeo complete?
You have 50 applicants for a job and you are frustrated by the upcoming chain of interviews? Using Resumeo you can send your applicants a request to conduct a video interview, adding substantial questions to the description of the position.
Applicants conduct interviews by recording the answers using a web camera or a smartphone. You look through the video answers whenever and wherever you wish, and you will only require internet connection, a computer or a smartphone.
Using Resumeo you can choose applicants who are actually suitable for the job and spare more time to meet them in person.
At the moment, a pre-beta version is running. What does this mean?
It means that some services are not available and bugs are possible. Video cannot be recorded using mobile devices. Also at the last moment, it was discovered that the Firefox browser does not save files larger than 1 Mb.
A user of the beta version has 5 active interviews per months available and an unlimited number of responses from the candidates.
The beta version is totally free. The beta version is an introduction to the service and not intended for the actual use.
For the moment Resumeo is a commercial entity by the form of ownership.
Resumeo-shares:
- Resumeo-shares are common shares issued for 10% of the resumeo service.
- Dividends are paid on the 30th of every month starting from March 1st, 2015.
- Dividends are attributed only to the shares being in the Resumeo Shares wallet no less than 24 hours and available for Block Explorer verification.
- Dividends are not attributed to the shares in exchange wallets.
- Dividends are attributed provided that there is a net profit.
- Dividents are attributed in Bitcoin.
Why we decided to remove and erase RMS coins floating around?
Answer is quite simple - we plan to reduce the amount of RMC in free circulation, before replacing the real stocks, and increase the stock's revenue.
IPO:
All collected Bitcoins will be under the control of the c-cex exchange.
What does this mean?
This means that the Resumeo team does not and will not have access to Bitcoins. Bitcoins will be transferred to the account of developers only on request, placed in a public thread on bitcointalk (done after the IPO). The request will specify a destination and amount.
For example - the payment of salaries of programmers in January

3. Coder - equivalent 1.5BTC
Total - 6.5BTC
Bitcoins collected at IPO will be used exclusively for the service development, including but not limited to
- Design
- Marketing
- Salaries for web-developers
