What happened:: I saw his thread in marketplace in this forum and I then Skype chatted with him (or her). 100% correct Skype ID exactly same as the one on his (or her) thread post. He (or she) said Google Clouds are ready and can deliver once Bitcoin payment gets confirmed. I paid Bitcoin equal to US$16 and after payment got confirmed, I asked him / her about delivery and no proper response and no delivery done. I requested a refund, no refund and thereafter no response
