ich hätte da mal ne Frage die mich gerade brennend interessiert.
Soweit ich verstanden habe sollen Rewards aus Liquidity Mining bei Zufluß versteuert werden.. Winheller sagt, dass man sie bei Zufluß als Kapitaleinkünfte mit dem Kapitalertragssteuer satz versteuern muss andere behaupten, dass man sie bei Zufluß als sonstiges Einkommen mit dem persönlichen Steuersatz versteuern muss. Unabhängig von der Art der Versteuerung, gibt es eine weitere Frage, die ich trotz stundenlanger Recherche nicht zu lösen weiß:
Nehmen wir zum Beispiel an:
ich bekomme Gewinnausschüttungen für das Liquidity Mining.. 1000 Euro in Token X, allerdings fällt der Preis nach Erhalt der Tokens X um 95%. Die Tokens sind keine 50 Euro mehr wert.. nach dem Zuflussprinzip muss ich dennoch die 1000 Euro, die ich nicht mehr habe versteuern... kann ich denn den 95% Verlust gegenrechnen? Wäre das denn möglich?

I think we should take bitcoin/crypto marketing to the next level and motivate all bitcoin and crypto friends to crowdfund a movie about Satoshi Nakamoto. For example, the movie biography about Steve Jobs cost about 12 million USD. So I think it's even affordable...
As main protagonists I would suggest Dave Kleiman (scott patterson) and Hal Finney (Willem Dafoe/ Sean Maguire), and a third person/satoshi (who is just unknown and whose identity is not clarified;Keanu Reeves).
Director: Danny Boyle or Steven Spielberg.
Screenplay: Aaron Sorkin
Music: Hans Zimmer.
We could do this as huge bitcoin community project and if every bitcoin/crypto friend contribute even a small amount, we would have the money tomorrow.
It would be even better if a crypto celebrity would start the call to increase the range!!
