Tujuan Penulisan :
Untuk mengetahui efek opini publik yang muncul dan beredar dalam bisnis trading. Sehingga para pelaku trader lebih memperhatikan manfaat pembentukan opini.
Seiring perjalanan Bitcoin dinamikan berita yang berkaitan dengan Cryptocurency khususnya Bitcoin semakin semarak , baik berita yang sifatnya negative ataupun positif. Pemberitaan seputar Bitcoin ini sedikit banyak mempengaruhi pergerakan arah pasar, sehingga ini dirasa sangat penting bagi para trader. Opini ini biasanya dilontarkan oleh seorang analisis market / crypto sehingga public akan tahu dan bisa mempertimbangkan keputusannya dalam transaksi jual beli. Tetapi adakalanya pemberitaan ini juga bersifat kontra produktif, sehingga berdampak negative terhadap citra Bitcoin itu sendiri.

Berdasarkan pemaparan contoh diatas saya berpendapat perlu pembentukan opini yang positif terhadap bitcoin. Contoh langkah yang bisa kita ambil dalam pembentukan opini yang positif terhadap bitcoin, Kita bisa menggunakan media massa sebagai salah satu alat untuk membangun opini positif tentang bitcoin. Misalnya dengan memberikan informasi yang jelas tentang bitcoin baik pemaparan data dari segi kelebihan ataupun manfaatnya. sehingga masyarakat akan cenderung lebih tertarik.
Contoh manfaat pentingnya membangun opini positif terhadap bitcoin
1. Untuk menciptakan citra (reputasi) yang positif terhadap Bitcoin sehingga bisa diterima masyarakat .
2. Untuk menarik para investor untuk menginvestasikan dananya.
3. Meningkatkan minat masyarakat terhadap mata uang digital Bitcoin, baik sebagai aset investasi untuk diversifikasi porfolio atau sebagai alat pembayaran yang lebih cepat dan mudah.
Berdasarkan penjelasna diatas saya berkesimpulan bahwa pembentukan opini public sangat berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan citra (reputasi) masa depan bitcoin.

Terutama masyarakat Indonesia yang menganut Islam, sebagian di antara kita mungkin bertanya-tanya, bagaimana sebetulnya kedudukan Bitcoin menurut hukum Islam, baik sebagai alat tukar maupun untuk investasi? Apakah boleh ataukah haram? Berikut penjelasan dari Ketua Komisi Dakwah Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) Pusat periode 2015-2020, KH Cholil Nafis. Dalam tulisan yang dimuat di blog pribadinya, cholilnafis.com, pria kelahiran Sampang, Jawa Timur itu memaparkan, "sebagian ulama mengatakan, Bitcoin sama dengan uang karena menjadi alat tukar yang diterima oleh masyarakat umum, standar nilai dan alat saving. Namun ulama lain menolaknya sebagai pengakuan masyarakat umum karena masih banyak negara yang menolaknya." Apa yang diungkapkan KH Cholil memang betul. Jangankan di Indonesia, di luar negeri pun kehadiran Bitcoin masih memicu perdebatan. Mulai dari politikus, kalangan perbankan, pengusaha hingga petinggi perusahaan teknologi ternama dunia, ramai-ramai mengomentari Bitcoin. Komentar Waren Buffett dan Peter Thiel"Saya dapat mengatakan dengan pasti bahwa (tren) mata uang kripto akan berakhir buruk," kata miliuner Waren Buffett dalam sebuah wawancara kepada CNBC, sebagaimana dikutip dari The Guardian. Komentar senada juga muncul dari Peter Thiel, pria yang mendirikan sistem pembayaran PayPal bersama dengan CEO Tesla dan SpaceX Elon Musk. "Dulu PayPal bertujuan untuk menciptakan mata uang baru. Kami gagal melakukannya dan hanya mampu membuat sistem pembayaran baru. Saya pikir Bitcoin telah berhasil pada tingkat (menciptakan) mata uang baru, tetapi di sisi sistem pembayaran masih ada kekurangan. Bitcoin masih sangat sulit untuk digunakan dan itu adalah tantangan terbesarnya," kata pria berdarah Jerman tersebut dikutip dari Crypto Coin News. Kembali ke kedudukan Bitcoin menurut Islam, KH Cholil Nafis yang merupakan anggota Dewan Syariah Nasional (DSN) periode 2015-2020 juga menukil definisi uang dari kitab Buhuts fi al-Iqtishad al-Islami. "النقد هو كل وسيط للتبادل يلقي قبولا عاما مهما كان ذلك الوسيط وعلى أيّ حال يكون” "Uang: segala sesuatu yang menjadi media pertukaran dan diterima secara umum, apa pun bentuk dan dalam kondisi seperti apa pun." Kemudian mantan aktivis Pergerakan Mahasiswa Islam Indonesia (PMII) itu mengemukakan kutipan fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional yang berbunyi, "transaksi jual beli mata uang adalah boleh dengan ketentuan: tidak untuk spekulasi, ada kebutuhan, apabila transaksi dilakukan pada mata uang sejenis, nilainya harus sama dan tunai (attaqabudh). Jika berlainan jenis, harus dengan kurs yang berlaku saat transaksi dan tunai." Dengan demikian, lanjut KH Cholil, kedudukan Bitcoin sebagai alat tukar menurut hukum Islam adalah boleh, tetapi dengan syarat harus ada serah terima (taqabudh) dan sama kuantitasnya jika jenisnya sama. "Jika jenisnya berbeda, disyaratkan harus taqabudh secara hakiki atau hukmi; ada uang, ada Bitcoin yang bisa diserahterimakan," terang pria yang menyelesaikan pendidikan PhD di University of Malaya, Malaysia pada 2010 tersebut. Kesimpuan : Guna menjelaskan lebih terperinci, KH Cholil juga mengutip kitab Futuh al-Buldan, yang menyebutkan, "وقد همَ عمر بن الخطاب -رضي الله عنه- باتخاذ النقود من جلد البعير. وما منعه من ذلك إلا خشية على البعير من الانقراض" "Bahwa Umar bin Khattab berkeinginan membuat uang dari kulit unta. Namun rencana ini diurungkan karena khawatir unta akan punah." Mengenai kutipan tersebut, KH Cholil menyebut bahwa walau Umar bin Khattab mengurungkan rencananya, ada pelajaran yang bisa dipetik, yakni para sahabat mengakui kebolehan dalam memproduksi mata uang dengan bahan selain dari emas dan perak. Malik bin Anas, pendiri Mazhab Maliki yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan Imam Malik dalam kitab Al-Mudawwanah Al-Kubra mengatakan, " لو أن الناس أجازوا بينهم الجلود حتى تكون لهم سكة وعين لكرهتها أن تباع بالذهب والورق نظرة" "Andaikan orang-orang membuat uang dari kulit dan dijadikan alat tukar oleh mereka, maka saya melarang uang kulit itu ditukar dengan emas dan perak dengan cara tidak tunai”. "Inilah yang menjadi dasar para ulama bahwa mata uang tidak harus berbahan emas dan perak," tegas KH Cholil. Beralih ke permasalahan Bitcoin sebagai aset untuk investasi, KH Cholil menekankan bahwa ini cenderung termasuk gharar, yaitu spekulasi yang dapat merugikan orang lain. Pernyataan KH Cholil soal hukum Bitcoin nilai Bitcoin yang jauh melampaui mata uang konvensional tidak hanya membuat Bitcoin sebagai mata uang kripto menarik perhatian masyarakat, tetapi juga sebagai aset untuk investasi. "Keberadaannya tak ada aset pendukungnya, harga tak bisa dikontrol, dan keberadaannya tak ada yang menjamin secara resmi, sehingga kemungkinan besar banyak spekulasi ialah haram," tegas KH Cholil. Dengan demikian, berdasarkan berbagai pertimbangan tersebut di atas, ia mengatakan hukum Bitcoin sebagai alat tukar adalah mubah (boleh) bagi mereka yang berkenan untuk menggunakan dan mengakuinya. Namun hukum Bitcoin sebagai investasi menjadi haram karena nyatanya Bitcoin diperlakukan sebagai alat spekulasi, bukan untuk investasi, atau dengan kata lain, hanya menjadi alat permainan untung-rugi, bukan suatu bisnis yang menghasilkan.
