Long story short, I have been mining on profit switching pools for a while now. I would like to create my own profit switching pool, only thing is I have no idea where to start. My skill set is SEO/WebDesign/Management, not the programming and linux knowledge required to create and operate an altcoin-profit-switching-pool. Rather than ask for a how-to, I'm just going to go out and look for someone to partner up.

I am serious, and I am eager to make this happen.

I have money, and a decent hashrate to get us off the ground. I have a partner who will handle the trading duties and coin-hopping. I would prefer to handle the in-house Mining opeartions and internal management/finances. All we're missing is the pool operator.

What I need from YOU is a partner who will receive an equal share of profits and ownership in this company in exchange for your duty as pool creator and operator. No funding is necessary from your end, only the level of genius it takes to get a profit switching pool off the ground and keep it at a near perfect uptime. Yes, there will be DDOSing. Yes, there will be hard forks and downtime. Yes there will be all kinds of things that get in our way. But I'd still like to try this out and am ready to commit the funding necessary to do so.
