1. Sold 56 million Ocean (1300 BTC) at a price of 0.00002350 BTC.
2. Before the opening of trading message from Ocean on Twitter: "the Starting price of 0.00001000"
3. 1 hour before the opening of trading on Bittrex, the Ocean coin is added to another exchange in the Ocean/ETH pair. Price drops to 600 St
4. p. 2 and 3 were not agreed before the sale of the coin. Investment conditions changed at the last moment.

The IEO was attended by more than 5,000 verified users and their balances in minus x4-X5.
Bittrex and Ocean are silent. Bitrex is responsible only to third-party issues. The twitter Ocean and Bittrex have hundreds of angry comments, but they are all ignored. The ocean team went on vacation until mid-June and only removes comments in their Twitter.

1. Bittrex and Ocean are "very sorry." Ocean promise to invest in the development of the coin and thus raise its value
2. There will be no cancellation of trades and no refund
3. Bittrex stated that it is not responsible for anything and does not control. It only gets paid for IEO.
4. Bittrex also States that it does not control the listing on other exchanges during the sale and distribution of coins. This also applies to future IEO.

Bittrex провела мошенническое IEO:
1. Продали 56 млн Ocean (1300 BTC) по цене 0,00002350 BTC.
2. Перед открытием торгов сообщение от Ocean в твиттере: "Стартовая цена 0,00001000"
3. За 1 час до открытия торгов на Bittrex монету Ocean добавляют на другую биржу в паре Ocean/ETH. Там её сливают до 600 ст
4. п. 2 и 3 не были оговорены перед продажей монеты. Т.е. условия инвестирования изменили в последний момент.
 
В итоге монета сейчас стоит меньше 0,00000500 BTC

В IEO участвовало больше 5000 верифицированных пользователей и все они ушли в минус х4-х5.
Биржа и Ocean молчат. Битрекс отвечает только на сторонние вопросы. В твитере Ocean и Bittrex сотни гневных комментарий, но все они игнорируются. Команда Ocean ушла в отпуск до середины июня и только удаляет комментарии в своем твитере.

За два дня капитализация Bittrex снизилась в 2,5 раза.

Интересна реакция Bittrex - отменит торги и вернет деньги или продастся за 30 сребреников и проигнорирует больше 5000 своих пользователей?

Bittrex наконец-то ответили по поводу Ocean. Вот только все ответы однотипны в стиле "вы сами виноваты".

Кому лень читать:
1. Bittrex и Ocean "очень сожалеют". Ocean обещают вложить деньги в разработку монеты и тем самым поднять её стоимость
2. Отмены торгов и возврата денег не будет
3. Биржа заявила, что ни за что не отвечает и не контролирует. Она только получает деньги за IEO, а всё остальное - ваши проблемы.
4. Так же bittrex заявляет, что не контролирует листинг на других биржах во время продажи и распределения монет. Это касается и будущих IEO.
