1  Bitcoin / Hardware / Bitmain S2 vs Spondoolies SP10 on: May 08, 2014, 09:43:07 AM
Hello comrades...

It seems that there is a hot topic that needs its own thread as the comparison and smearing conversations are hijacking threads.

Let's keep it clean and have a nice discussion regarding Advantages and Disadvantages of both products.... GO GO GO

3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / HASHRA launched - Lunar Lander on: April 29, 2014, 08:19:40 PM
First of all, I am not involved with the company just satisfied customer however I can with certainty say that Hashra will be releasing their own scrypt miner.

According to my source, Hashra will be using their own chips, boards, hardware etc and most likely to build in Shenzhen, CHina.

I don't have much info but they will be launching this product on 1st May, I cannot say if it is a pre-order or they will have it in stock ship immediately. I am guessing all will be revealed on Thursday but I am hoping for a teaser image.

Just to confirm Hashra has been shipping Gridseeds products, pretty much an existing company that have delivered on multiple occasions and I have personally received Gridseed Blades.

I really hope for an affordable scryp miner. Watch this space...
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Gridseed Blade | Damaged ferrite beads on: April 25, 2014, 11:01:25 AM
Hello dear technical gurus,

I have question, it seems some of the ferrite beads have been damaged (please see the highlighted section in the image below). I was wondering how easy it is to replace them and if so does anyone know how much that would usually cost?

I have sent an email to find out if it is covered under the warranty as I did not overclock the blade or modified it in anyway (image below is from Google).

Would really appreciate the help.

5  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Claiming VAT (UK) for Antminer S2 from Bitmain on: March 18, 2014, 03:48:19 PM
Hi guys,

I was wondering how you guys claim the VAT paid on your deliveries from Bitmain... Considering the import tax in the UK is 20% VAT.

Any help will be appreciated.
