1  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Bitcoin Address Conflicts on: March 13, 2017, 03:23:56 AM
I've read a few articles on the insanely low probability of finding a private key that links to a Bitcoin address with a balance. However, with the exponential adaption of Bitcoin, more and more addresses will have nonzero balances. From let's say 1000 years from now, would it be feasible for someone to use brute force to find a public key with a balance?

5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / How to stop staking? on: May 20, 2014, 09:53:22 PM
Usually in a config file, I would do staking=0 to stop the staking so I can send my coins to another wallet or something.  Since half of my coins are in stake, how do I use the coins that are staking?  If I must turn stake off, how do I do that?  I have staking=0 already.
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Run two bitcoind at once? on: April 26, 2014, 01:08:34 AM
How would you run two bitcoind at once?  I want to run two different websites, but I only have one wallet running.  Is it possible to get another one to run on the same VPS?  If so, how?
