Greetings! I originally did a project for some Bitcoin poker chips commemorating the date that Bitcoin beat that dollar amount a while back. I did this as a limited one time run and at cost for members of the forum. That being said, the idea was incredibly well received and I have had a lot of people ask if I would produce more. I was thinking of making a "series 2" version to distinguish between the originals and the newer ones (I respect the scarcity of the original set and what I promised to not repeat). If none of the original people who purchased a set oppose, I would like to offer a new set. (If anyone does not like this idea, just DM me and I will respect your privacy.) I doubt my original sets will ever be of any real collector value, they were mainly meant to be a fun set to play poker with and honestly, I have handed out so many of these chips to people I met at events. Here is the original design: I am looking for feedback from the group on a series 2. Let me know if you have any ideas on a design change, etc. We can do this one of 2 ways: #1 I can give you the contact for the manufacture, they can direct ship 500 chips for $295 total (let's get this order in while the tariffs are paused). The good thing here is they could likely do some customization, if you wanted your name on it or something on the design.... Thoughts? I honestly do not mind if people want to personalize this design! #2 We can do a bulk order all together and have them shipped to one location, and then we can ship them to each person thereafter (this was just under 50 cents a chip last time). The benefit here is people could order less than the 500. If we do a group by, the designs would all have to be the same.

OK, so Beer and Bitcoin are 2 of my favorite things, so when Lengthwise Brewing had a beer on the market: https://untappd.com/b/lengthwise-brewing-company-bitcoin/4620864I called up to see if I could get some locally, or have them ship. Unfortunately they do not offer shipping, but graciously offered some free labels. While not as good as a 6 pack, the Bitcoin collector in me graciously accepted. Anyway, they sent a bunch, so I figured I would share one with anyone who wants one, just pay for shipping. I don't have too many, so 1 per request. Please forgive me if I am slow to reply, but will do in the order received. Thanks!

So, I have had a lot of interest in my original Bitcoin Beats Fiat poker chips since I announced I will be doing the 100K chip. When I did this project, I vowed 2 items:
It would be at cost, as I was not looking for profit, but rather a way I could give back to this community, which has been awesome! It would be a one-run only and I would not offer more sets in the future (wanted to make it limited for those who chose to participate).
I loved the project and it worked out well! Now I had an idea, since there has been some overseas interest in these chips. Does anyone want to make a "Euro" edition? If there is any interest in doing a Euro version with the dates that Bitcoin beat Euro denominations, I thought that might be a cool project! The cost per chip was right around $.50 with the quantity that I ordered (I forget the exact $). This including shipping and directly to me and then I shipped from here to each person.
If anyone wants to take point, I will be happy to share the contacts I have from China to make the project happen. If you provide the details of the chip, they do the design for free and were great to work with. I just provided the Bitcoin files and then worked with them a few times back and forth on the design itself.
HOWEVER, I will NOT remake any more sets of the original Bitcoin Beats Fiat (US $ version).
I am not sure how much interest there is in a Euro denominated series, but figured I would offer to help if I could.
Thanks!
Mark

OK, it's time to plan out the 100k Bitcoin Beats Fiat poker chip! I wanted to see how many people are interested (anyone is welcome to order, even if you don't have the set before). Here is the original set for reference (note, this has the error date in the image, which was corrected): Also, any suggestion on the color? And as last time, I am not doing this for profit, so the chip will be pretty inexpensive, I forget the last set was about 52 cents a chip, but that was a bulk order... So I expect these to cost about $1 each or so (depends on how many people want). Feel free to reply here, or message me directly! Here is a pic of the final product:

OK, not sure if there is any interest, but would anyone like to build a custom watch? Basically AliExpress has some cheap pricing on Seiko knock off movements and you can buy a custom face and build your own watch for pretty cheap. Here is a link for a custom designed watch face: https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256806751881250.html?They sent this as their initial setup costs: Monochrome printing starts at $50 Color printing starts at $60 Metal stickers starting from $70 Carving watchcase back cover/movement/Crown $20 each time Reduce the cost of $10 for ordering customized watches Here are some examples they sent me for reference: https://i.postimg.cc/zBjbTkWN/S2aafa3e5435448c6813ff10d8887a87d-M.webphttps://i.postimg.cc/DZF4WNS5/S69a09676c12a4596b07592fa701f5289-K.webphttps://i.postimg.cc/FK0JHvH7/Sffc44c0737ed4391bff45792b2def8f6j.webpAfter the initial setup fee, every face is only about $13. We would each need to buy the movement, a case, hands and assemble it. (hence why I am not sure if anyone else wants to participate or not.. lol): Case example: https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256806805335872.html?Hands: https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256806086262029.html?sMovement: https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256806618742098.html?sSo, I am thinking if we come up with a cool design, share the initial $ 60 - 70 design costs, we could create our own custom watches for likely $100 or so. I have assembled my own watch before, but don't want to do this, and prefer we all order our own to whatever we like, but share in the watch face. I am sure we can stay under $20 for the watch face itself if we split the initial setup fee and have enough of us come up with a shared design. Let me know your thoughts! I would cover the costs for the watch face order and people can buy one at cost after I receive them. Basically this is similar to the poker chip deal I did a while back, I am not trying to make $, but rather get a better deal for all of us by doing a group buy. Also, if enough of us want to, I was thinking of seeing how much a Bitcoin emblem second hand would be.

OK, 2 questions: #1 Is there any interest in a Ninja Mining Cooperative coin? I got this years ago (scratches on on the case, not coin, I can include close up if anyone is interested), I loaded a little about 2 years ago to test it out, it has 0.00099997 on it (I was trying to get to .001, but my misjudged the fees. lol) The image shows the public key - 18jnYeKAxCgwtEexhNxfgC9JqzF7ZFR1wT I know I saw some historical posts way back when regarding the Ninja Mining Cooperative, but have not seen anything lately. Cool story, I sold this guy a car for Bitcoin way back when in the day! Here is the car I sold, it came from Japan, it was a factory produced Miata to look like an old Lotus. #2 Is anyone here going to the Bitcoin Halving party in El Salvador? If so, please message me, it would be awesome to meet some of you in person!

For those of you who followed the Which Wich crypto box, it's doing well: https://www.whichwich.com/cryptobox/I am not going to turn my coins in, I think they are cool, but for those of you who would: https://www.ebay.com/itm/275329486936?So, that auction is $10 including shipping, and you can turn around and redeem it for almost $14 as of tomorrow.... So theoretically you have to await a few days to get it in the mail, so the price will change. But it may be worth the odds....

I have a question for the board, take a look at the following auction: https://www.ebay.com/itm/196136903632What concerns me is this "Private key was strategically removed so the holographic sticker would still appear aesthetically great!". I am hoping this is a fake hologram that was put on the coin, as I have never seen a holographic sticker removed without clear evidence. This seller is honest about it being redeemed, but what if someone could repeat this process and expose the private key (but not redeem), then sell the coin as loaded and then redeem after the sale? I wanted to make sure the board saw this and I hope someone can chime in what they think this is. Thanks! Mark

So, I watch Goodwill auctions as once in a while there is an interesting item. Here are 9 Ballet cards for one price. I don't need this many, so I figured I would share on the forum if anyone is interested: https://shopgoodwill.com/item/182580378Thanks! Mark

Thanks for everyone who participated in the poker chips that I did earlier this year, they turned out great! I was thinking of what else I could do to contribute to the Bitcoin collectible community and thought about a Bitcoin version of the game Risk. Here is what I thought of so far: Game mechanics cannot be copyrighted, so using the Risk gameplay ideas should not be a problem. We just need to make sure names and graphics are unique, should not be a problem. https://www.boardgamesmaker.com/ allows for custom boxes, cards and boards, prices vary based upon how many copies. I was thinking of making the 6 armies being: Green - US Dollar/banks. Game pieces would be ¢, $ (5 units) and a bank (10 units) Orange - Satoshi/Bitcoin Games pieces would be Satoshi symbol a Bitcoin symbol and a round Bitcoin for 10 units Blue - Ethereum Game pieces would be Ethereum logo and ? Red - BRICS Game pieces might be small gold bars? and a bank 5 units? I need advice for the 5th and 6th army, as I am not really into any other crypto...lol I am a fan of Elon, so maybe Doge (yellow) might be an option. Maybe XRP (which for the record I totally despise),which would be a great villainous black army! Countries - I would want the map to be updated to avoid any copyright concerns and would want El Salvador to stick out. I was also thinking of making a "home country" for each as a variation. For example, in Risk if you own the country when you trade in cards, you get 2 bonus armies, I was thinking of making that 4 if you own the country and it is the home country of your particular currency (El Salvador for Bitcoin, Eastern US for dollar/FED, Russia for ETH, China for BRICS, etc.). Cards - I was thinking the same overall concepts with the cards, except rather then the soldier the horse and cannon, we could have an ASIC, a pick (if we go with gold) and a printer for the money printer go brrr. I believe Slumberjack is interested in doing some of the artwork. As for the game pieces, I was thinking we could get MM to 3d print the pieces, I have a 3d printer and will gladly help. This would be similar to my Bitcoin Poker Chips where I will not make any profit, just looking for assistance with the design of the game. I would like to ensure that Slumberjack gets paid for any artwork contributed (his work is awesome and I think is a necessity. Think of the glory of winning a game with Bitcoin dominating the world, game theory at it's finest! Please reply with any interest and or volunteer interest with the design. Thanks!

I wanted to share this, I am imagine most people have seen Greenpeace's hit piece on Bitcoin (paid for by Chris Larson). I do NOT support this cause at all; however, I really like the art from Von Wong and from what I hear, he is rethinking his position on Bitcoin and it's impact to the environment. In any case, long story short, you can get a free sticker. I requested one, as I find it an interesting free collectible that will never see the light of day! A win/win if a pro-Bitcoiner gets one of these: https://engage.us.greenpeace.org/PRVBAQyiOk6Y03SS-dA6Dw2Again, I do NOT support the code change, but do appreciate the art and feel this whole initiative will eventually be one of the best things for people to understand Bitcoin's cooperation with alternative energy. Thanks!

I wanted to start a new thread. This is a pre-sale with no payment required at this point; however, please be serious if you are ordering. This is only for large quantities, 200 or more chips. Price is 52 cents per chip payable in BTC after I receive the chips (plus shipping from my ZIP 85044 to yours). Please DM me an order such as this: Denomination Quantity $1 $5 $10 $25 $100 $500 $1,000 $2,500 $5,000 $10,000 $25,000 $50,000 The individual set of 12 will be available, after I get enough interest to lock in the price. NO NEED TO RESPOND if you only want the set of 12.Sorry for the multiple posts, but I am trying to do this without profit, hence why the back and forth. Final proof is here: If I cannot get the 2,000 chip order threshold, I will see still move forward. I am going to likely make 2 sets of chips for myself (1 for sure, 1 if needed to hit the 2k threshold). No deposit needed, I will only ask for BTC after I have the chips in my possession. Thanks! Mark

I had a crazy idea... What if we designed a Bitcoin poker chip set with $ denominations and the Date Bitcoin hit that denomination? I think it might be a cool idea to show the ever expanding value of Bitcoin and $ eventual demise.
I was wondering if anyone found a company willing to do custom chips for a decent price, I found one, but it's:
500pcs custom ceramic chips 39mm is USD295.00 including shipping to the USA by FedEx.
I thought maybe someone here would have a better idea, and I was wondering if we wanted to do a group buy (not sure if anyone else would be interested).
I thought one side the Bitcoin logo, each denomination a slightly different color, but consistent design in general. The other side would have the values we decide, along with the date first achieved.
Let me know if anyone else might be interested, especially if we know of a better supplier. Hopefully we can get the price down a bit if we do a few sets.
Thanks! Mark
Oh, and the idea was to have this a set to play with, no wallet or sats assigned (I don't want to compete in that area). Also, not looking to make a profit, but rather work with other members if there is an interest.

Greetings,
I am traveling through Atlanta this week to Gainesville. I was curious if there were any fellow Bitcoiners that might enjoy a happy hour meeting.

I think I posted this in the wrong section originally, I was curious if anyone else here signed up for this class action lawsuit: https://www.jpbliberty.com/It's been a long process, but I hope there will be progress soon and an outcome. I was curious if anyone else is part of it. They also have a token (SUFB) that is listed on hive: https://hive-engine.com/tokensI am not advocating that as an investment (since I really know nothing about it); however, they did give tokens out to all people who signed up to be part of the lawsuit. Again, just seeing if anyone else is part of this.
