There is nobody running Palth.net. For weeks it has been abandoned. Many coins cannot be withdrawn, and if you send coins there they will not arrive.

Stay away from Palth.net. 

I am looking for a dev who will service the UNIC wallet in the following way:
Update OpenSSL for heartbleed
Add checkpoint
Build for Windows
Make sure it compiles for Linux
Build for Mac
Check to see if it is an easy fix why it does not give special rewards on blocks divisible by 16, as it was advertised in OP.
