I played yesterday on Bitcasino.io.
First i loss , pay in , loss payin , loss payin.
Than i get a win i pay out 2 Times without problems.
Than i play again i pay in , play and in middle of the game, Comes "you dont have funds" but i haved 1000€ on it.
Than i wrote Livechat , first agent fix it and i can play more , than it comes again no funds.
I write Again Livechat , they say nothing i can do u need to write
security@bitcasino.io.
Ok i do , i get first now an answer 12 hours later.And than they want KYC.
I asked before i play in livechat , that i want to play anonym.They say yes No problem , After i take maybe a big win they want KYC.But not often they ask they say.
And than FIRST day they ask me for this shit.

I understand that they can force a KYC , but on one day , if i PAYIN they dont ask anything , i can gamble 1.000.000 they dont ask.
But if u want to cashout or some they think ahhh lets Scam this dude , because he want to play anonym , and than they ask forshit KYC.
Not cool and only Boring. this money is nothing for me i give a shit on it , but new players need go to other casino not this shit.
In livechat they Write "xD" ":-D" or something like that child actions. think only kiddys there.
I read here that some Guys have the Same problem in this casino.

@Casino , if you payout my balance and DELETE my account i will Edit this post , if not , not!My problem is we can payin much as fuck , no KYC no verify , NOTHING but if we want to payout they make this shit actions only.
The Livechat tell me before "INSTANT CASHOUT IF WIN" i asked before and than this.
