1  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Complicated old wallet import on: April 02, 2022, 07:24:08 PM
Hi, i am trying to import my old crypto portfolio and am having trouble with format.  I slightly recall having 2 addresses as my master key one leading with L the other leading with 5 last time I imported them.   I found this off my old hard drive, and haven't really got the slightest clue what to do with it.  Do I need to update? The last time accessed was around 2012.  Any thoughts? Partial file below(sensitive data xxed), and seed recovery disabled.  I think that there are several staked coins/tokens, I do not know whether they are still staked.  Any constructive input would be greatly appreciated!

2  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Wallet problems relating to an obsolete cryptographic keyboard...... on: September 02, 2021, 01:23:21 AM
Hi,

I am struggling to access my wallet that I made around 2009-2012.  I have come to the conclusion that I used special characters in my username and or signature that have become obsolete, and taken offline.  I still have not yet found all my private data using a hex editor on raid encrypted drives to piece together portions of it since raid reconstruction does not work with files that have become obsolete(if you know a better way I would be ecstatic).  The private data which I was able to piece together doesn't work, ie restoring from the seed keys.  I am not the best with programming or coding anymore, and cannot for the life of me figure out how to access my precious mining rewards.  How do I fix it?  Any advice is welcome!! Thank You!
3  Bitcoin / Electrum / Lost password/seed on: July 19, 2021, 10:07:37 PM
Hi,

I am trying to recover an old wallet that should have a decent amount of cryptocurrency in it.  The problem is that I haven't used this account in around 10 years...I had an accident and am still recovering from a significant amount of brain damage, and have little recollection of a lot of my life, trying to remember passwords is not going to happen..... I cannot remember where exactly I put my cryptocurrency and have 4 or 5 different wallet files to different exchanges and am wondering if there is any way to check the balance on an encrypted wallet without having a password or seed?
Thank You!

Tldr: Is it possible to check balance of encrypted wallet w/o password or seed?
