How to make sure that coins (BTC and/or USDT) are not "dirty" before you receive them on your wallet?Not concidering Coinfirm,Chainalysis,ScoreChain etc.

 As I anderstand they wan't be locked until you send them to crypto-platform with KYC( like binance..). What about cold wallets?

in close future I'll add more locations. But at this moment only Chicago and could consider  LA ( Beverly Hills area) as one of the options . If you would like to do trade in LA we have to schedule it in advance and you need to open escrow with partial amount as I have to fly over.
