1  Economy / Gambling / Casino Christmas Bonuses - Suggestions Anyone? on: December 13, 2023, 01:27:03 PM
Hey guys!

I'm wondering if you know any good Xmas bonuses?

There's a bunch out there, and honestly, it can be a bit overwhelming to navigate and filter out the best ones.

I did find some pretty good promos already from this article: https://casinosblockchain.io/casino-christmas-bonuses/

  • BetFury: Using promo code XMASRACE gets you 1000 BFG on your balance.
  • Bitsler: If you'd like some free spins.
  • Stake: You can join their $10 million Christmas race by wagering to earn points.
  • BC.Game: They have a lucky spin wheel upon registration—I won 6 bucks that I used for their Christmas promos (just swap it to "real money" first).

But if you have any other suggestions, I would appreciate it a lot. Thanks!

Old post below:

Hi guys!

We are CasinosBlockchain.io, we publish news about blockchain gaming, guides, reviews of casinos where you can play with Bitcoin and altcoins, as well as those using blockchain-based technology for things like provably fair games, which often go hand-in-hand.

Last year, we created a set of five awards recognizing the best casinos at offering cryptocurrency payments and integrating blockchain technology into your player experience - The Blockchain Casino Awards.

With these awards, we aimed to raise awareness towards best practices, highlighting brands that go above and beyond to offer the best cryptocurrency gambling experience.

This year The Blockchain Casino Awards are back and we want to add a new section - YOUR choice as a user. This poll will help us understand what is the Consumer’s Choice when it comes to Blockchain Casinos.

Any other feedback or ideas? Leave your comments below!

Stay tuned for more news about The Blockchain Casino Awards 2022!
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Any SHIB (Shiba Inu) casinos out there? on: May 26, 2021, 02:43:16 PM
Hi!

Does anyone here know about any Shiba Inu casinos and/or sports betting sites?
5  Economy / Gambling / 🏆 Blockchain Casino Awards (2021) | The Best Crypto Casinos 🏆 on: April 01, 2021, 01:20:03 PM
Hi guys!

We at CasinosBlockchain have created a set of five awards recognizing the best casinos at offering cryptocurrency payments and integrating blockchain technology into your player experience.

In case you don't know us, we publish news about blockchain gaming, guides, reviews of casinos where you can play with Bitcoin and altcoins, as well as those using blockchain-based technology for things like provably fair games, which often go hand-in-hand.

The Blockchain Casino Awards

Each of our five categories rewards excellence on what we believe is a core aspect of blockchain gambling:

Best Crypto Games - Stake
Best Blockchain Casino - True Flip
Best Gambling Dapp - EarnBet
Best Crypto Sportsbook - Cloudbet
Best User Experience - King Billy

You can check the awards page for more details about the winners (including why they were chosen), as well as a small list of honorable mentions.

What Are The Blockchain Casino Awards?
We created the Blockchain Casino Awards in recognition of the high-achievers in the crypto-gambling world.

With these awards, we aim to raise awareness towards best practices, highlighting brands that go above and beyond to offer the best cryptocurrency gambling experience.

Unlike other industry awards that have a wider scope, our five different accolades highlight core aspects of blockchain gambling, all equally important.

Consequently, all nominated casinos integrate blockchain technology in one form or another.

Why Am I Only Hearing About This Now?
To maintain our selection's integrity, we have decided to keep the awards a secret until the very last moment.

However, we have disclosed a comprehensive list of criteria alongside the winner announcements for the sake of transparency.

Why Should This Matter To Me?
There are many "casino awards" out there, but they are mostly generic and don't really match the interests of Bitcoin gamblers.

Since our awards are more crypto-specific, they should, hopefully, be more relevant to you.

Most importantly, however, we'd like your feedback.

While we didn't ask for community feedback before selecting our winners for the integrity and secrecy issues exposed above, we did scour this forum for general opinions - subjective as they may be - for the brands, as well as other forums and websites like AskGamblers and TrustPilot.

However, if the awards are successful and generate enough interest, and people find them overall useful, we're considering including the Bitcoin gambling community into our next selection - perhaps with a community's choice award.

Any feedback or ideas, therefore, are more than welcome!

6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Gambling Dapps - Are They Really The Future Of Online Gambling? on: December 07, 2020, 06:19:14 PM
Theoretically, gambling Dapps seem to have a huge potential to dominate the online gambling market, but it feels like they haven't quite achieved it.

In an industry where players really want guarantees that the service provider is fair, one figures they'd be profitable and popular, right?

I mean, they often offer:
- Low costs for the operators, meaning a lower house edge for the players.
- Distributed earnings, via tokens.
- More transparency.
- Provably fair games.
- Gambling directly from the wallet, without the need for deposits and withdrawals.
- More anonymity.

So why haven't they really taken off as they should? Will Bitcoin's recent (one hopes) recovery help them achieve their potential? Or are they really not meant to be?

I can see a few reasons why they haven't dominated online casinos in general and even other cryptocurrency-friendly but not fully blockchain-friendly brands:
- There is a limited amount of currencies available, and BTC itself is not by any means ever present.
- They tend to look "rougher" than their counterparts, and that rough feel can make them seem shady.
- Online casinos are heavily regulated in many promising markets, and the local regulators aren't "warm" to cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology, to say the least. Not to mention that those regulations often go against the core principles of decentralized apps.
- The lack of fiat payments does mean they are bound to be niche.
- There are definitely fewer games and gambling options available.
- The fact they often don't have promotions can be a bit off-putting.

Do you agree?

PS: If you're new to gambling Dapps and the technology behind them, you can read more here:

There is also a shortlist of well-rounded casino Dapps, which are newcomer-friendly.
7  Economy / Gambling / Top Dice Casinos on: December 03, 2020, 04:17:49 PM
Hi guys!

I'm trying to gather feedback on which are currently the best dice casinos accepting Bitcoin.

My favorite is, undoubtedly, Primedice. It's straightforward, transparent, and, most importantly, provably fair. You can read more about why we like it so much here:
https://casinosblockchain.io/primedice-review/

Do you agree? Or would you prefer to play at a different casino?

The rest of the list doesn't follow any specific ordering. It's just a random collection of casinos and Dapps that I like, are popular, or even controversial.

The goals here are to:
1) Come to a consensus about the best (and worst) dice casinos out there.
2) Use this information to improve our CasinoBlockchain's 'best dice casinos' page: https://casinosblockchain.io/dice-bitcoin-casino/.

You can already have a look at our page (if you're interested in Dapps, that section could be pretty useful to you), but the idea here is that we want to improve it.

For instance, maybe there are casinos that we haven't heard of or that we don't give enough attention to (or the exact opposite - maybe we've overrated some websites as well). This could help us get a more encompassing view of dice casinos, which will inevitably make our page more helpful to all our users.

We will, of course, still rely on our experience at said casinos as well. We're just looking for different angles.

Regardless, I'd love to know what you think.

Thanks!

EDIT:
Since "best dice casinos" might be too subjective, here's a list of things we often consider when reviewing websites at CasinosBlockchain.io:
- Can you play them with cryptocurrencies, including (but not exclusively) Bitcoin? This must be a 'yes', otherwise, we're not interested in these casinos.
- Are there any welcome bonuses? VIP programs? Other rewards?
- Are the terms and conditions for those fair? Or are their wagering requirements obscure, tricky to understand, or too high?
- Do they offer a wide array of games? Not as important here, since we're just interested in dice games.
- Are those games provably fair?
- Are the website and their games fast and easy to navigate? Can you play on desktop and mobile equally well?
- Are payments fast and hassle-free? Are there any charges, such as transaction fees or withdrawal fees?
- Are there any deposit or withdrawal limits? Are they fair and transparent, if so?
- Is there a KYC check? Is that clear when you sign up or does it feel like they're trying to hide it?
- Is the casino licensed?
- Do they offer customer support? Is there a live chat? How fast do they reply? Are they friendly and helpful, or are they rude and vague?
- Does the casino have many complaints in forums, other review websites, and complaints websites? Do they address them?
- Are there any outstanding features at the casino that might set it apart from the rest?
8  Other / Beginners & Help / Greetings, Everyone! on: November 27, 2020, 03:18:21 PM
Hey guys,

I'm Ana, the new content manager at https://casinosblockchain.io/.

First, let me introduce our website a bit. The name is self-explanatory, really: we write about cryptocurrency casinos and Dapps using blockchain technology.

Besides casino reviews, we also have a news section we're trying to revive, and sections about how to gamble with most coins, about playing different types of casino games with cryptocurrencies, and about game providers.

Although we've had the website for a while, we haven't really made an effort to engage with the Bitcoin community. I want to change that. For two main reasons:

1. I want our reviews to be truly helpful and as accurate as possible.
2. I truly believe our game guides and crypto guides are useful (especially for newcomers) and I'd love to spread the word about them.

Regarding point '1' - Creating Helpful And Accurate Reviews

We do our best to test the casinos and collect information about them before publishing our reviews, which will always reflect our experience.

We're not afraid to say when a casino fails on a certain aspect, even if we generally think they're pretty good.

We also do our best to keep the information updated.

However, we understand that every player's experience is unique.

That's why we have a comment section we'd love to see more populated with all sorts of user reviews, positive or negative (as long as they're factual, and not a troll).

Since we believe in transparency, I can tell you right now that we will not automatically accept your reviews - we will always check them for spam and/or offensive language. Apart from that, we won't edit nor refuse them (although it might take us a while to double-check them).

Regarding point '2' - Sharing The Word About Our Articles

There are many websites out there with loads of information about gambling in general, and cryptocurrency gambling in particular.

Some are more helpful than others, for sure, and none is perfect (including our own).

This means that, although I wholeheartedly believe in our content, any feedback is really appreciated!

Anyway, feel forward to reach out with any questions you might have, especially about casino Dapps and Bitcoin gambling - https://casinosblockchain.io/best-bitcoin-casinos/.
