Machine has been running fine on 120 V, 50-60 Hz frequency. The following are chip frequencies, hashrate and consumption at the wall measured by Kill-A-Watt using HP DPS1200 FB A (first number) and DPS1200 FB-1 A (second number)

600 MHz, 4.0x TH, 1092 W, 1046 W
550 MHz, 3.7x TH, 1000 W, 958 W
500 MHz, 3.3x TH, 905 W, 864 W

Miner is less noisy than regular S7, but definitely not as quiet as R4. Fans have been kept at 30-40 % throughout. The fan setting is at 33% on the screen shot provided below.
