1  Economy / Computer hardware / Zeus Scrypt Blizzards on: January 15, 2015, 12:14:02 AM
Curious what Scrypt mining Blizzards (1.3mh/s, more if cool and batch file set correctly) are going for?

I have 2 in original boxes with original power cords and USB cables sitting here.  Perfect condition.
2  Economy / Computer hardware / WTT: 2 x Sapphire Dual X 280X 3GB for 1 GTX 970 on: September 24, 2014, 10:55:22 PM
Title says it all, looking to trade my pair of Sapphire 280X cards for a single GTX 970.  I'm currently running them on riser cards and mining various altcoins but will be moving soon and no more free power, so no more GPU mining for me.

I will need the GTX 970 shipped to me first as I can't be without a display adapter due to working on my thesis at home.  I can put up collateral BTC with an Escrow until the deal is done.

Heat/eBay feedback (750+ 100%, can verify) and quite a few deals done here.

The 970 will need to be a dual fan one, not the reference blower fan.

PM as well as post in thread if interested!

3  Economy / Computer hardware / WTB: Your Old ASIC! SHA or Scrypt - Inefficient is fine - Fury, etc on: July 30, 2014, 04:32:50 AM
Looking for some older ASICs since I currently have free electricity and only GPU miners left.  I'm aware of what I can get Antminer S1's for all day (0.2-0.23 BTC for ~200GH/s) and new Scrypt miners (1.1 BTC for ~27MH/s) for.  I know there are lots of older ASICs costing more electricity than they are worth!

Looking for ready-to-mine setups, no interest in modifying PSU's or anything for these.

Post and PM offers with prices, shipped to 55072 (Minnesota) or local pickup if nearby.

Payment in BTC, LTC, PayPal, wire, cash (local), MRY or DOGE!

Feedback here, Heat (21+ 100% positive), eBay (740+ 100% positive) and will escrow if desired on either side.

I'm quite aware what Nexus 4's and 5's go for on Swappa.

7  Economy / Service Discussion / Bitmit to PayPal Chargeback...Any Chance For Me? on: October 19, 2013, 11:02:46 AM
I knew the risks but had previously successful (great, extensive, feedback) transactions selling a few BTC through Bitmit for PayPal.

One "seller" has filed chargebacks on basically everyone he bought from about 2 months ago, chargebacks came in today.

Is there any possible chance for PayPal to resolve in my favor?  It was a credit card case (of course) and I have massive amounts of PayPal transactions with zero issues to date (7,000 transactions).

Any tips from anyone that has dealt with it before?  It is just 1 transaction, other folks at Bitmit have bit the dust from the same guy though.

It is what it is, but I'd like to give up the best fight I can.  His "Shipping Address" is in Australia if that matters.
8  Economy / Goods / [WTB] "Custom" Under Armour Hooded Sweatshirts on: September 26, 2013, 01:47:58 PM
Myself and some coworkers are looking to get a few (8-12) Under Armour hooded sweatshirts made.  We would like them to be the Storm Series in Black with no zipper.

We just want the below seal on the front across the whole chest in gray or dark gray, if hood printing is available we can talk in PM.  I have a large, high res version available from the servers at work.

I've looked around and don't see any site that does UA gear and particularly the Storm Series.

9  Bitcoin / Mining support / Easy Miner won't leave my GPU alone on: September 23, 2013, 02:24:12 AM
Using Easy Miner for BFL Jalapeno and using the Manual Mining option with BFGMiner.

I read in the README to add:  -S opencl:noauto  to disable GPU but when I add it in the Manual Mining line the miner won't run anything.

My line reads:  bfgminer -o stratum.btcguild.com:3333 -u asdfasdf_xxx -p

Is there a specific order I have to add the -S opencl:noauto?

For what it is worth, I do NOT have the "Enable GPU Mining" box checked.
10  Economy / Digital goods / WTS: Batman: Arkham Origins (PC) Game Key (Steam) on: September 19, 2013, 01:24:07 PM
I have an extra game key for Batman: Arkham Origins that I received with each of the GTX 770's I just purchased.  One of the keys is for sale.  The game comes out on October, 25 but you can enter the code anytime as far as I know.

$23 OBO in BTC at Bitstamp current price.  ($49.99 at Steam Store)

Can escrow if you arrange, and can send code first for trustworthy members.

11  Economy / Scam Accusations / User eMoxes - Do not trade with on: September 19, 2013, 01:20:19 AM
Traded with (bought NewEgg Gift Cards) on several occasions with no issue.

Transactions were small ($10 to test, $25-40 as they got more cards) then eMoxes posted $250 and through PM's we made a deal.

I sent 1.72 BTC on 9/10/13 and user has not logged in or communicated at all since. Attempted to contact email address listed with no results.

Do not trade with!

Sucks to have to post this, we had good communication and smooth, agreeable transactions up to this point.  I will gladly rescind this if eMoxes comes through, but after 8 days of no communication I can't help but warn others.

13  Bitcoin / Mining support / Ztex 1.15y "How To" guide available? on: September 04, 2013, 11:24:14 PM
In my Google searching, I can't seem to find if there is a real "guide" on setting up a Ztex 1.15y on Windows.

Is there such a guide, or something a dummy can follow?

Thanks in advance.

16  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / 7970 "Mining" but not accepting any shares on: November 05, 2012, 04:03:31 AM
Just got a 7970 to get back into gaming.

I've been mining on the same rig with 3 5830's no problem for a few months.  Using GUI Miner and have tried Deepbit and BTCGuild pools for a few hours and no shares accepted, both have good connection and miner name/pw is accurate.

I've tried a few different SDK's but no change, drivers are Catalyst 12.11 (for Battlefield 3 gains) and I can't really sacrifice going to an old driver due to big drop in FPS on 7970's.  I need all I can get maxed out at 2560 x 1600.

I was thinking of trying a different miner but can't figure why that would make a difference since GUI works fine with all my other setups including this one until I swapped cards.

Card reports 100% load, 615Mh/s in GUI miner screen too.  Power draw is there, so it's doing something but not sure what :p

Any ideas?

18  Economy / Computer hardware / WTB: 7970 or 7950 on: August 30, 2012, 03:45:53 AM
Looking to pick up a 7950 or 7970 for use in my gaming/mining rig.

Price depends greatly on which card exactly, would love a Lightning or similar non-reference design but will entertain anything.

Payment would be BTC/PayPal, don't have many coins right now so will need to augment with $$.

PM or post price and what card it is, shipped to 55072.

Thanks!

I have loads of eBay and Heat feedback, have purchased a few things here as well.

20  Bitcoin / Mining support / Issues with 6970 on: July 28, 2012, 01:22:29 AM
I mined a lot back in the day but now I'm coming back, seems stuff works much easier now.

I'm having issues with one card though, I knew it would be a fight but it's worth a shot!

Purchased knowing it didn't output any display, but detected by drivers etc, so I thought it might mine.

-Device Manager sees the card no problem.
-MSI Afterburner sees the card, but does NOT report clockspeeds or anything
-Drivers installed no problem (my integrated GPU is from the 3570K CPU so the AMD drivers wouldn't install without the card in)
-GUIMiner will not see the card
-Have tried dummy plugs and actual monitors
-Fan ramps up on boot and idles down properly

Any ideas?  I know it's a long shot but it was cheap Wink
