1  Economy / Currency exchange / [WTB] I have $91.73 (payza). Want btc on: November 01, 2014, 09:35:29 PM
I have $91.73 in my payza account (fully verified account) and I am willing to exchange for bitcoins at Bitstamp +6%. I mistakenly thought payza was a bitcoin exchange because of their advertising and inadvertently deposited money. Please leave a comment or message if interested.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / alt2bit.com (exchange orderbook mistake?) Has anyone used this exchange? on: November 01, 2014, 09:17:49 PM
I came across alt2bit.com and after looking at their doge/btc and ltc/btc orderbook, it seems either a whale made an error placing his buy orders. Even looking at their DSH/BTC, 100 DSH was sold for 1 BTC each today, which is ridiculous in my opinion.

I want to know if anyone has ever used alt2bit.com and want some opinions on this site before deciding whether to deposit on the site. Thanks.
3  Economy / Service Discussion / cnex.eu (scam?) on: September 30, 2014, 06:27:56 PM
Has anyone used cnex.eu? Just curious on your thought on this exchange. I have some bitcoins in there and kind of concerned about their legitimacy.

5  Economy / Services / Looking for Trusted Member to Act as Escrow (USD collateral involved) on: June 13, 2014, 09:26:04 AM
Killerloop and I are trying to create a loan agreement. I intend to put up USD as collateral for a loan.

We are looking for a trusted bitcointalk member who can act as an escrow. I intend to transfer the USD collateral through Bank of America transfer. Killerloop and I made the following agreement:

Killerloop = Lender
Oppahdoggystyle = borrower

LOAN TERMS

Exchange rate used: BTC-e

0.7463 BTC for 4 days will amount to a final payment of 0,773168 BTC or ~467$

I require a little edge (5%) on the final payment as protection against BTC oscillation, thus making the whole sum ~490,35$

So, to summarize everything:

1) 490,35$ will be deposited to the selected escrow
2) Upon confirmation I will send 0.7463 BTC to a given address indicated by the borrower. Loan will start on first blockchain confirmation
3) After roughly 96 hours the lender will pay back 0,773168 BTC to a given address of mine
4) Upon first blockchain confirmation I'll PM the escrow for release.

If the borrower exceeds four days nothing will happen (no late fees) as long as the deposited sum is reasonably enough to pay off principal + accrued interests. Failing this I will claim the money from the escrow.

We have sent PMs to DannyHamilton and await his response. However, we are open to other trustworthy escrow service providers.

This loan has been made public to give transparency to the loan agreement.
6  Economy / Lending / Does fiat currency count as collateral. on: June 13, 2014, 05:04:44 AM

7  Economy / Currency exchange / Does anyone sell btc for bofa transfer? on: June 13, 2014, 03:16:23 AM

8  Economy / Lending / 2 Bitcoin Secured Loan: At Bitlendingclub.com (Collateral Already Escrowed) on: May 06, 2014, 10:46:06 PM
I am seeking a 2 bitcoin loan, and the listing is made at bitlendingclub.com. (https://bitlendingclub.com/loan/browse/lid/750)
This site is the only site that allowed me to put collateral in escrow to create a secure loan. I put up approximately 2500 (USD) dollars worth of collateral and the collateral is escrowed and held by bitlendingclub.com, who will, in the case of default, liquidate the collateral to repay lenders.

Please see more details from the bitcointalk post:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=591226.0

I am confident I am able to repay my loan as it is a loan request to fund web development of a startup retail business. Thus, I put collateral up to make sure that every lender is assured that their loans will be repaid. Please feel free to contact bitlendingclub.com's support team or leave a message if you have any questions about this secured loan.

11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / [WTS] Faircoinwallet.com domain on: April 01, 2014, 04:31:41 PM
I have a domain (faircoinwallet.com) I'm trying to offload.

I'm trying to get an idea of the general market value for this domain (no matter how low or high) so I would appreciate some input into the domain's valuation.

13  Economy / Trading Discussion / New User Question About Scammers on: March 27, 2014, 01:32:51 AM
So, I attempted to sell some available amazon egift cards on this site, and it surprised me but there were numerous people who attempted to scam me. Luckily, I did my due diligence and read up on the scams that happened and took advice from the experiences of others in the past. To admit, without reading the warnings and past posts and doing research on the supposed traders, I definitely would have lost everything. To admit however, these scammers' attempts were ingenious.

I'm feeling wary about doing trades here, but I am sure these small group of scammers do not reflect this community. I am curious if there is a running list of scammers and good traders on this site that I can refer to. In addition, I am curious if escrowing transaction is enough to prevent the possibility of being scammed out of trades in the future. I am seeking the forums' collective expertise on this matter so I can better prepare myself.

Thank you.
14  Economy / Currency exchange / Selling $200 amazon gift code (escrow) on: March 26, 2014, 08:22:32 PM
Though I am new here, I would like to sell a $200 Amazon gift code for $170 worth of bitcoins , which will be sent your email or your choice of destination.

I understand the risks of scams, so I would like to do this transaction through an escrow. I made a cryptothrift listing:
https://cryptothrift.com/auctions/vouchers/200-amazon-giftcard-digital-delivery/

This will escrow it and make this transaction safe for both parties.

if another escrow site like btcrow is preferable, please let me know by messaging me or leaving a reply to this topic.

Though I am new here, I would like to sell a $200 Amazon gift code, which will be sent your email or your choice of destination.

I understand the risks of scams, so I would like to do this transaction through an escrow (from the forums, it seems BTCrow is good). Please leave me a message or pm me and we can discuss terms and how to get this transaction done.  Thank you!

*Edit*
I made a cryptothrift listing:

This will escrow it and make this transaction safe for both parties.
