I recently saw someone advising services like these to newbies who asked "where to invest" and I just wanted to know what are your views on such services which are now advertising themselves as Bitcoin Banks and offering interest to people to keep their coins with them?

I am getting this warning lately while using Electrum from my AV and was just wondering if it something serious and what exactly is causing this and what can be done to stop this? This is what it says: Of-couse I did not add the exclusion but would like to know what's going on?

User BitGog: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=509294Created an introductory posts about his new game site in Gambling section: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1213611.0 (This was moved to Archival and is pending deletion) This is the archive.is page of the original thread, where it was listed that there is no limit to Max bet, but he deleted it, but you can see other users asking for it. https://archive.is/W1SKrWhen he was asked about how the site is going to handle Max Bet, which is unlimited and how the site will be generating the winning numbers and how the users will be able to verify that, he had no answers but that the management team does not wishes to share the code. After that he chose to delete the thread and made another self moderated one in Gambling section, so he can remove any such replies which asks for provable fairness of the game or to provide a signed cold storage address containing the funds: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1214682.0 , this to me seems really shady and I ask the modes to restore the same thread so users of the forum can know that there is no provable fairness in that game and can make their decision whether to play there or not knowing that. This is the Archive.is page of the same before he edits that: https://archive.is/DdjxgHe has already deleted the top posts in the original thread which said there is no limit to Max bet. Moderators kindly restore the same if possible.

Was trying to check the LTC to BTC conversion rate actually and I get this page, is it just me or is everyone getting it? What other similar sites are there, with no extra stuff, just a basic page which shows the current BTC to USD/LTC conversion rate in real time?

I am just testing it but I have no idea how to do this, is there ELI5 version of it anywhere? I have entered my private key and it shows the unspent outputs but when I enter the destination address, nothing happens, the buttons to re-sign/send are not enabled.

I am not interested in ones where you can deposit dogecoin and play with bitcoins but specifically looking for casinos that only deal in dogecoins. Not looking for dice but more games like Blackjack, Roulette, etc.
They need to be trusted and provably fair. If someone has any recommendations, kindly let me know.
Thanks

Is it possible to add a countdown timer in a post? Nothing too fancy but say that an event is going to start in 5 hours from now and it can simply go backwards from the time of that post? Edit: For ex. Something like this : http://www.pending.me.uk/cd/blu_1428015600.htmlNot as fancy but maybe simpler or an animated gif.

I am just wondering why facebook giveaway? They gave out a lot!! of coins to people with facebook accounts, is Stellar in someway related to facebook. Did the guy who made facebook had some friends make this coin? If they wanted to get a word out to social sites why not include twitter or any other website for that matter. People who were aware of the STR-BTC and cryptocurrency in general took advantage of this and asked their friends and family and colleagues to sign-up and send them the coins. I know a guy who had like 50 accounts and made a full bitcoin yesterday, right before they tightened up the facebook verify process. How this helped Stellar I just don't understand. Thoughts..

If a user opens a thread , makes a post and later edits it and if someone has not quoted the original post, is there a way to see the original as it was made at first?

Or other on-line education programs where students can study, learn some languages, do an on-line course etc and pay in BTCitcoin?
I think it would be very convenient for students and universities as well if they accept Bitcoins payment as their fees. And a student can chose to pay monthly or even weekly as it only takes 5-10 minutes for the payment to confirm.
Thoughts..?
