Like the title says. Either send friends & family, or take care of the fees on your end.
Obviously you'll need excellent history/feedback for me to take PayPal from you...
Thanks!

Sent him payment for a Netflix code, no response to PM's, although he's logged on a few times in the last few days.
Buyers beware...

Title says it all, 12 month codes are preferable. And, I shouldn't have to say this, but....nothing carded, please. EDIT: Hulu is taken care of, but I'm still in need of a Netflix code.

If not yet, very soon I would think.
It's so hard to keep track - has anyone here kept a running total?

Wondering if there's any interest in a central Indiana meetup of some sort. I know we're not as big as Chicago or even Cincinnati but thought I'd give it a shot.
I'll leave this post up for awhile, as it my be a bit before we can draw enough interest.
Thanks!

Started up a "guaranteed" bond back in July, then, of course, GLBSE imploded. The difference is many GLBSE issuers are trying to make good on their assets by moving to another exchange after going through a claims process. Namworld is a good example of this. ciuciu is providing near-zero communication to his shareholders & looks to be simply disappearing. This is the last notice we got from him - over a month ago: "To all shareholders, I have received a list from Nefario. However, I did not receive all the assets of the bond from Nefario. At the moment of closing, CIUCIU.BOND had over 500 GIPPT and 37 BTC in the GLBSE acount. This will be paid to the shareholders, when I receive them from GLBSE and the GIPPT issuers. The difference will be supported from my pocket. As mentioned earlier, I will not be able to pay any divident from the moment GLBSE closed. Regarding the payments I have to make, I'm sorry to tell you that they will be at a slow pace and it may take more than a year. I understand this will not make all of you happy, but this is all I can do in the given situation. I will go over the list and inform you if any verification steps will be needed. Thank you." https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=95826.0Bottom line - he's either a scammer or doesn't know what the definition of "guarantee" is.

I purchased some Home Depot e-gift cards back from him in July, but when I went to use them 3 weeks later they both had a zero balance. After a full month of ignoring my PM's and emails, he responds by basically saying nigerian scammers must have broken into my email to get the codes, and won't provide restitution. I was honestly just going to write off the matter as it looked like I was the only one having problems with frank90. Now it looks like another user, deego, has had the same exact problem as me. Frank90 hasn't responded to his accusations as of yet: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=60163.msg1249136#msg1249136

In all seriousness, guys, thanks for not being like Mt. Gox.

Just curious what everybody's thoughts were.
It seems to me that BTC is just so tiny it's hard to draw any parallels with anything else. I mean, there's more traded in AAPL in 3 minutes than what the entire BTC economy is worth.

Interested in any tax info on the following hypothetical situation:
Buy 1000 BTC @ $4 each. Use 1000 BTC to purchase security on GLBSE Sell said security for 1200 BTC. Later sell 1200 BTC for $6 each.
When would you claim the investment income - when you sell your GLBSE security, or you sell your BTC, or both?

I can pay 85% in BTC (for example 17 BTC per $100 code) or even higher if you have decent reputation.
I can either go first, do escrow, etc; again, depending on your trade rep.
Thanks!
EDIT : All set for now, thanks!

Hoping to get 50 BTC OBO; will go first if you have decent rep here.
Thanks!

I'll go first if you have decent rep; looking for ~$500 swap. We can break that up into smaller amounts if you wish.
(Also looking for LR funds; I can pay slight premium for that....)
PM if interested, thanks!

UPDATED 4/8/12
My daughter's girl scout troop is selling cookies, and we thought it would be fun to sell some for BTC, which would give them a fun real-world experience in dealing with alternative currencies. They all come in cases of 12 boxes each, which would seem the easiest way to ship.
We have:
Thin Mints (always the top seller) ONLY 1 BOX LEFT Trefoils (shortbread-type cookie) 12 BOXES LEFT Do-Si-Dos (peanut butter creames) 17 BOXES LEFT
Samoas (chewy w/ coconut) SOLD OUT Tagalongs (peanut butter patties) ONLY 1 BOX LEFT Savannah Smiles (lemon cookies) 11 BOXES LEFT Thank U Berry Munch (with cranberries) 8 BOXES LEFT
Dulche De Leche (Latin-inspired caramel) SOLD OUT
We can do a full case for 10 BTC; or 9 boxes mix 'n match (your choices, of course) for 8 BTC
Price includes delivery confirmation anywhere in the US.
I'm well aware I don't have much experience on this board, so I'd be happy to ship first if you have excellent history here; otherwise we can certainly do an escrow service.
PM me if interested; thanks so much!
