Anyway, I just set up mining and it went ok, now I haven't done anything except install the guiminer and register on slush's pool etc

The GUI is reporting between 300-310Mhash/s.  Is this good?

The cpu was lame compared to that stat of course, but the gpu is a ATI6950 flashed to 6970 BIOS and the voltage raised 20%.  Not overclocked apart from the extra shader unlocks. 50% fan speed (can't hear over my speakers, so not loud really) is keeping the card between 52-56 Celsius

Hi, been thinking about mining for a long time now, but I am struggling to set up properly, and forgive me if this is in the wrong thread on the forum  

I have registered on mining.bitcoin.cz, set up my worker etc

When I try and mine, the message at the bottom of the guiminer say's

Username must be in format <login>.<worker_id>

I don't understand, it is exactly how I have it set up in my account page on the slush site, under 'worker'

Can anyone advise more where I should be looking for the mistake?
