41  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Will ADA and eth competitors get dumped if/when Ethereum 2.0 comes out? on: March 19, 2021, 11:47:24 PM
Or will they remain stable at least?

I think I like ADA anything better than what Eth can bring out. However I hold both. I started out with more eth but have just been stacking ADA because I like staking it for passive income.

You guys have any thoughts on this?
42  Economy / Exchanges / Is there a way to see your total price gain or loss for Binance trading app? on: March 15, 2021, 03:55:33 PM
The safepal Binance app. Is there a way to see the price you bought it for, and what it is now? I don't see anything about that. So far I've just took screen shots of when I bought a coin. I see there is a way to go back in the history of orders, but it's not easily accessible.

Robinhood just had a total gain/loss and easily scroll downable price history of what you bought and sold at. Dont really see that for safepals binance add on.
43  Economy / Speculation / How long would it take for one Satoshi to equal one US dollar? on: March 13, 2021, 11:11:31 PM
Let's say you have a million satoshis. How long till you are a millionaire. I know no one can predict the future, but assuming bitcoin keeps climbing the logarithmic charts. How long do we have. 12 years or 50?
44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Does Cardano, Vechain, and Cosmos plan to continue giving staking rewards? on: March 11, 2021, 10:41:57 AM
Indefinitely? Or will they eventually end it?

I've been thinking. I really love the idea of getting passive income from staking ADA, ATOM, and VET. If I put a bunch of money into that. I could one day just live off of the passive income. Or it be at least enough to pay some bills. So is this something they plan to do indefinitely or is it only temporary, basically something to get people investing in?
45  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / My ADA BEP20 is stuck in limbo on the safepal wallet on: March 06, 2021, 06:11:17 AM
I have about 530 ADA. I want to convert it to another coin, but no matter what coin. I can't swap it for anything. I can't swap it for ADA BEP2 either. I can't send it to another ADA address because its not compatible. Any time I try to swap it, it says "BNB(BEP20) is not enough to pay for miners."

I really REALLY wish there was more warning out there for noobs to crypto not to get BEP20 because it's stuck unless... I guess you have thousands to pay in fees or something vs I guess ERC20 not sure. I didn't know which ADA to get so I just went with the default on the safepal app.

I was wanting to send my ADA from my smart pal to ADA on Exodus but apparently they are different. Uhg. man it's so exhausting leaning about this stuff and getting all these massive fees.
46  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / If Ethereum classic can be hacked, what is stopping someone from doing it again? on: March 03, 2021, 08:00:38 PM
I've actually been interested in getting some ETC classic because there is a finite supply.... but... what is stopping a hack and I lose my funds?
47  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / What wallet has the most crypto alts supported with the lowest fees to swap? on: March 01, 2021, 06:37:14 PM
I'm using Exodus right now. Lots of coins I want to trade for are often chronically not available. Like ADA is "temporarily unavailable" but it's been like that for a week or more.

First and only wallet so I'm not sure how the trading fees compare to other wallets for swapping coins.
48  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / What crypto currencies have the lowest transaction fees? XLM? Tron? Monero? on: February 26, 2021, 07:49:37 PM
For sending amounts in the hundreds to another wallet.
49  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / What's the chances like that someone recovery seeds into someone else' account? on: February 21, 2021, 03:18:11 AM
I was thinking, for those people who have recovery seeds of only like 12 words or something. What would be the chance that someone who is just non-stop trying to recovery seed into another active wallet that they could be successful? It's just 12 words, not sure the math here. I assume it's really really really low... but how low? How likely? Someone who might be trying to do that, might not be after any wallet in particular, but just any wallet with crypto. I recently accessed my wallet from another computer. I assumed I was gonna also need my password I created on the previous computer but apparently not. I just typed in my recovery seed and just like that I was in. So... idk, just wondering, I'm using exodus right now, just wondering are there any wallets that also let you set a password upon recovering? Idk, I plan on switching to a 24 word seed so that should really decrease the chance. I set it to 12 words just because I thought there is no way someone can guess the seed AND the password.
50  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / What is preventing a crypto-exchange in another nation from not requiring KYC? on: February 19, 2021, 10:06:13 PM
Since a lot of people don't like KYC verification to buy bitcoin, why hasn't anyone in some nation like... idk. Russia, or Sweden, (just throwing random nations out there) or some nation that doesn't care about enforcing KYC on its customers?

I get why no place in the USA can do it, they might get shut down, and any website in a nation allied with the USA. But what is actually stopping some website in another nation that doesn't require it? Idk, some nation in the middle east, or just anywhere else? What would stop them from buying and selling bitcoin/crypto to anonymous customers?
51  Economy / Trading Discussion / How did people buy bitcoin and other cryptos back in the old days? on: February 18, 2021, 06:10:46 PM
Like around 2011 to 2015? Before it became available on major exchanges?
52  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / What would happen if the major holders of bitcoin all decided to sell it all? on: February 18, 2021, 04:35:58 PM
https://www.cryptoglobe.com/latest/2018/09/diar-research-less-than-1-of-crypto-wallets-hold-87-of-all-bitcoins/

It's kind of concerning that so few people hold so much bitcoin.

Are these holders even active or what? I'm guessing they bought at the beginning and are all just holding.
53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Is it worth it to mine doge? on: February 09, 2021, 01:35:08 AM
I decided to do that since mining most of anything else is out of the question. doge seems to be the easiest to. will 1 doge ever reach 1 dollar? I remember when people were skeptical that bitcoin would ever get to ..... so many ... milestones that it went to.
54  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / My safepal wallet says I have 0 LINK tokens on: February 08, 2021, 07:31:24 PM
I woke up today and yeah. I had 10 chainlinks, now I have 0.

There are no send transactions. I got the received on the history.

Is this an error or what?

I can post screen shots if needed
55  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / What are the cheapest rate cryptos on bitcoin/crypto ATMs? on: February 03, 2021, 01:54:30 AM
They sell bitcoin for 6000 dollars more than it's worth. Ethereum is a bit lower rate. Chainlink for some reason is pretty high rate. Anything that is objectively the lowest from crypto exchanges that you know of?
56  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Hey, how do you add another ethereum address to the Safepal wallet? on: January 26, 2021, 01:52:18 AM
