IntroducingSCAMCOIN
The World's Oldest Scam Token The first SCAMCOIN token was issued on Dogeparty, a tokenization platform for Dogecoin, on August 27, 2014. Here's the original issuance transaction on a Dogeparty-enabled Dogecoin explorer: https://dogeparty.tokenscan.io/tx/17722Here's the same transaction on a regular Dogecoin explorer: https://sochain.com/tx/DOGE/6d75255fd1ee240521ebebb68fbfdb7721ade78f6b6c43154b40a00fec0b0ba4The story of SCAMCOIN really is quite sophisticated. I first registered the name along with a few other important token names, such as SHITCOIN, CRAPCOIN and MANERO, after burning 1.6M $DOGE for $XDP, Dogeparty's utility token. Yes you read that right: I sent about 1.6 million Dogecoins to the http://Dogeparty burn address -- a mere drop in the bucket really. At one point I tried to trade the tokens but nobody was really interested: Anybody want to trade assets? Here's some I'm willing to part with, just PM me your dogeparty wallet address and I'll send you some:
COUNTERDOGE DODGERDOGE MANERO SUPERSHIBE HAPPYDOGE WEBCOIN
and, look away if you are easily offended:
SHITCOIN SCAMCOIN CRAPCOIN
I'll give you lots to spread around.... diversify the stakeholders and whatnot.
Then Dogeparty went offline in 2016 and everything remained in stasis until the platform was rebooted in 2021. Suddenly, SCAMCOIN was alive. So what did I do with it? I burned the entire supply. Then I re-issued 100 new tokens, and then I locked the supply, which will forever remain at 100 (unless someone burns some). With those 100, I sent one each to holder of the DOGERDROP and DOGERDRIP tokens, which were given to members of my secret Telegram group years back. Fast forward to 2026 and Solana guys really want me to acknowledge a SHITCOIN-based token, but then they find out about SCAMCOIN and want to do that one instead. So we did it... The oldest SCAMCOIN token is now on Solana, and we couldn't think of a better place for our tribute token: https://pump.fun/coin/7Y8t8y98UAZ7aANARrUZrFUcBJvTwrtNSgFJj7ZZpumpIt already pumped and dumped a few days ago... But guess what... You can't buy the original SCAMCOIN because I'm not selling it As a matter of fact nobody is selling, at least not right now. It's just not for sale. Too rare, sorry. But what you can do is trade the SCAMCOIN Solana Tribute Token with size, and I emphasize "size" because without that I can't get good creator rewards (yes that is my $SOL address on pump.fun in the creator rewards, even though I didn't technically create the token). Oh, you can also just buy it to hold it if you want. What do I care what you want to do. Now you might say, "I heard a lot of FUD about SCAMCOIN how its not actually the oldest SCAMCOIN, there's older SCAMCOIN threads out there." Well this is the first token named SCAMCOIN, and the only one from 2014 that can still be transferred. (there were no tokens before 2014 really, unless you count colored coins, which nobody does). There was one that was a total scam and didn't even release a coin at all, along with a few fake scams. So anyway, its first token named SCAMCOIN, and the only coin or token named "SCAMCOIN" still going. - 2014 Dogecoin asset - 100 total supply - 89 holders - do the math, plebs! And so on. Seems like enough words for an ANN. Sorry for the lack of more visuals.

edit Mar 9: I repurposed this thread as an optional repository of posts deleted by howard or kaz from their self-moderated threads.howardsentell just deleted 22 posts in this thread he opened a while back. Here is the archived version of the thread for those who want to read it in full. Among the posts deleted were those by members of the Collectibles community; many of whom rarely post about Reputational matters but felt compelled to speak out about howardsentell's disturbing behavior and/or hypocrisy. This thread will serve as a non-moderated version of howardsentell's thread. Feel free to repost your deleted posts here if you think they have information that may be valuable to others before deciding to interact with this person. Just a few of my posts he deleted, for posterity: #1 There needs to be a change in behavior on the forum and we must address inappropriate conduct.
This is only your opinion, and inappropriate conduct gets discussed all the time, for far longer than you've been around. Many just like you have come and gone. People who think they are big and important, have an incident that cuts them down to size, and then spend their remaining posts fighting the system. In hundreds of posts about how things need to change, you've failed to connect with more than a handful of people, and I'm guessing you're a customer of the few who are in agreement with you. If you want to gain actual credibility, start by practicing what you preach. #2 Those who go against the main agenda will encounter hostility.
Is this not hostile behavior you're exhibiting? You are pretty clearly threatening this person, even if they are just childish pussy threats. I honestly feel bad for anyone who has to put up with you. If you think this behavior is fine, you shouldn't be here, and you definitely shouldn't be telling others how to behave. Moderators warning Alt Account
Having an alt account isn't against the rules, so the moderators won't do anything about it. For a guy who sure is big on rules, its odd that you've never been able to demonstrate a grasp of what they actually are. This is what I mean by practice what you preach. #3 You know what you are doing is illegal. I will contact the authorities.
LOL. No, it is not. And no, you won't. All you have is empty threats. You don't think constant threats against users is a form of cyberbullying? I would say you are one of the biggest hypocrites I've seen around here, but that's not true, this place attracts serious wackjobs all the time. Truth is you're a pretty mid wackjob. The guy is doing his best Goebbles-level "Accuse the other of that you are guilty" mind game, trying to paint himself as a victim, all the while making threats against those who criticize him or point out his hypocrisy. The forum traditionally has no tolerance for this type of individual. I imagine he'll see himself out shortly.

Who is the idiot that runs the @Bitcoin account on Twitter? Its flat out stupid to use this account to push a political agenda. Whoever it is isn't just making themselves look stupid, they're making all of us look stupid. And retweeting JD Vance and the White House like somebody's drunk uncle... ugh. I absolutely could do a better job with that account, yes. Before this devolves into a political flame war: if you think my post has to do with one side of the US political divide or the other, you're missing the point, which is partisan politics should be left out of Bitcoin.

Signature campaigns that turn a blind eye to scammers, cheaters & spammers make the forum measurably worse in 2 different ways: 1) They carelessly flood the forum with crap posts that nobody reads. 2) They encourage shitty behavior by hiring cheaters & hacked or bought accounts. I've taken it upon myself to identify accounts in the Stake campaign that probably wouldn't be accepted into any other campaign. Tagged as a spammer: Fredomagoshinratensei_X-raylen01TelolettOmDunamisxFarmaPurchased or hacked accounts (known): ₿itcoindezoelVelvet78Republikcoin.comfuguebtcGigaBitPurchased or hacked accounts (likely): TastyChillySauce00 (changed name in 2023 or 2024, corresponds with password reset) Marvell1 (used to belong to a US-based altcoin miner, new owner is not from the US) Webetcoins (US-based casino owner, new owner is not from the US) DanWalker (seems to have changed hands at least a couple of times; original owner was an altcoin miner) Accounts with tags for questionable behavior: Dr.Bitcoin_StrangeAgbamoniDaNNy001$weetne$$The Stake campaign only hires Legendary or Hero members; I assume because that's supposed to signify their preference for seniority within the forum system. But the meaning and effect behind this is diminished by people who buy their accounts. This is why several of these accounts haven't managed to get over 100 merits in over 10 years of existence: they are absolute shitposters grandfathered into Legendary status before the introduction of the merit system. You wouldn't look twice at their application if they were a rank that corresponds with their actual rate of merit reception, because their posts are that bad. Now I don't want to say every member of the Stake campaign is a shitposter because that's obviously not true. There are a lot of good posters in this campaign. However, it does harbor more frauds than any other campaign by a longshot. I have to wonder if such sloppy and careless management is a reflection of Stake itself as a business. Their campaign is bad for the forum as a whole. If you want me to give additional explanation as to why, I'd be more than happy to do so.

I'm in the market for a new crypto sportsbook but its imperative that they accept citizens of the U.S. I get asked to participate in this or that sports betting promo all the time, but I can't even log onto the site because I am in a restricted jurisdiction. And I don't want to screw around with VPNs for that purpose. In any case, recommendations for a nice, respectable, U.S.-friendly bookie (that accepts crypto of course) would be much appreciated. I just want to place rather simple bets on NFL games and know I won't experience deposit or withdrawal issues.
Thanks in advance!

This section needs more NFL threads. And I have yet another idea for a thread that I think is pretty good. The premise is simple: choose the 3 teams each week that you are confident will cover their spreads. That way if 2 or 3 picks are correct you will have profited. If only 1 is correct then yeah you take a small loss and of course 0 is a total loss.
I should have started this thread earlier to capture more data, but what can we do, its Week 4 of the season already, and I feel like I have an idea of whats going on. Let's see if I can prove that right, or wrong.
There is no reward for participation except for the pride of knowing you guessed correctly in public; perhaps even multiple times.
So for example, here's my 3 picks for Week 4, taking into account a $100 bet (example) on each pick and showing the potential winnings:
Chargers to cover -6.5 against the Giants (-110): $90.91 Jets to cover +2.5 against the Dolphins (-110): $90.91 Jaguars to cover +3.5 against the 49ers (-110): $90.91
So if 2 of 3 games hit, that is a net profit of $81.82. The $$ figure is arbitrary, I just picked a round number to show an example of how hitting 2 of 3 bets is profitable. This is an experimental week. I'm not actually betting on these games. But if 2 or 3 picks hit then I will consider it for Week 5.

AKA, "When Dogs Fly" This is mainly for my own amusement and to serve as a reason for learning extra tidbits about teams and games to try to get some kind of betting edge here and there. So basically, for each week of the season (starting week 2 obviously), I will pick 1 matchup that I think has the best chance of causing the biggest upset. For example, this week I am choosing the Jacksonville Jaguars to not only cover a -3.5 spread but to win the game outright, as well. There are definitely bigger upsets that could happen in Week 2 (Browns beating the Ravens comes to mind), but I think this is the one that has the biggest chance of actually pulling it off. Why do I think this? Here's some reasons why the Jags could will beat the Bengals on Sunday: - Bengals beat the Browns - not a high-powered team by any expectations - by just 1 point last week despite the line being -4.5 pts. On the other hand, the Jags easily stomped all over the Panthers, winning 26-10.
- Trevor Lawrence's performance last game suggests he is on the path to make up for several inefficiences that plagued his team last year. Joe Burrow put up decent numbers against Cleveland but was sacked 3 times, suggesting his 0 line isn't very strong.
- Burrows has a "slow start" phenomena where he tends to lose his first 4 games (3-8 over the last 3 years).
Counterpoint intangible: Burrow is 20-5 while playing at home, and 2-0 against the Jags. Given this is a Jacksonville home game ( edit: its not) and coming off a win where they showcased a lot of their strengths, as opposed to Bengals who barely beat the Browns, I'm feeling that Jags are not only going to cover a spread of +3.5 but also win the game outright, which makes the Jags my first official Upset of the Week. Disagree with anything, or have something to add to this analysis? Feel free to let me know! If you think a bigger upset may happen, make the case for it here! We will keep honest track to see how my (and anyone else's) predicitons are going. Some kinda special merit award for those who pick the biggest upset each week. How does that sound?

As a fan of all things Pepe, I was following this project for a while. King Pepe (KPEPE) — SHA-256 Meme CoinAccording to the ANN: 🔗 Source branch: Bitcoin Core 25.0 ⚙️ Algorithm: SHA-256 (Proof of Work) 🪙 Coin name: KingPepe 🏷️ Abbreviation (Ticker): KPEPE ... 🎁 Block reward: 3 KPEPE ⛏️ Block halving: Every 210,000 blocks 🪙 Max coin supply: 21,000,000 KPEPE ...
Also, in a now-deleted post: KingPepe Coin Block Reward Schedule | Era | Block Range | Block Reward (KPEPE) | Blocks | Coins Mined in Era (KPEPE) | | 1 | 0 – 209,999 | 3.0000 | 210,000 | 630,000 |
However, as of block 48569, according to the block explorer: This is nothing new — 80% of the coin’s premine will be injected into the market for trading, rewards, and giveaways. We’re simply aligning with Bitcoin’s current stage in circulation supply.
So the dev admits relaunching the coin with a 94% premine, in contrast with the miner distribution schedule provided in the ANN. They made this change after they found they could get listed on an exchange. Clearly the project is a scam. Link to flag

Hi chat, I need some big brained input on this one. I am trying to spend the multisig outputs from this transaction (I have hundreds like it and the end goal is to collect all of them, which is >$1k in BTC): https://mempool.space/tx/ed2d8fbedc5860092ae7d72aeb0d81b31d5560f39a90692e83d0cdfef82295d8I managed to "vibe code" my way to a broadcast-able transaction that spends the 2 outputs to the address of origin, but I received the following error on Electrum and other push tx services: "bad-txns-inputs-missingorspent" (I know they are unspent b/c I used a service in 2014 to redeem a bunch of similar outputs; that transaction is here). I tried recreating the transaction for the network to recognize that multisig outputs are being spent, and now I get this error: "scriptsig-not-pushonly" Something to keep in mind is that this is a "fake multisig" transaction, meaning it just requires 1 of 2 signatures; the 1st public key comes from my address and the 2nd public key is fake. This is the service I used to create the multisig output consolidation transaction in 2014, but it is no longer functioning: http://redeem.bitwatch.co/They even have a thread on this forum. So my question is, if I paste the raw hex tx here, could you tell me why the transaction is being rejected? An easier question to answer might be is there a push tx service for non-standard transactions? I'm not sure if they exist, but would be good to know if one is out there. Thanks for your help.

If you ever visit the Scam Accusation section, you're likely already familiar with this user. kingbj21Why the flag? This user is extremely manipulative and has zero regard for the truth, saying anything they think will make Stake look bad. I am not even a fan of Stake but this person is a nuisance to the forum. They opened 7 different threads complaining about Stake, when really all the accusations could have been made in one or two threads maximum. They regularly bump these threads with AI-generated trash talk in order to make it look like there are several complaints about Stake. Clearly they are attempting to manipulate the Scam Accusations section. kingbj21's association with BlackyJacky (aka game-protect) is also highly suspect. I believe they are following game-protect's business model of attempting to extort casinos through attempting to damage their reputation here on the forum. Whether or not they're owned by the same person doesn't really matter. Here is one example of many, in which they use AI to make up easily disprovable accusations against Stake: Brief Explanation of Blackjack House Edge at Stake:
In Blackjack, the player acts first. If you “bust,” the dealer automatically wins—no need for the dealer to play a single card. This fundamental rule gives the house its core edge, but Stake takes it further:
• Forced Hits & Busts: Their system can pressure you into hitting more often, increasing busts. • No Counterplay: When you bust, the house doesn’t even need to draw—your bet is already lost. • Winning Streaks Don’t Offset Losses: Even an 8-win streak can’t outpace the built-in advantage of you busting first.
This is how the house edge works in Stake’s Blackjack: you lose the moment you exceed 21, handing them a win before the dealer even takes a turn. It’s not just normal odds; it’s a system engineered to exploit the “player first” rule for maximum profit.
When I asked them for proof of their first bullet point, they resorted to insults as it was clearly made up. The other points are part of every online Blackjack game, and any honest Blackjack player is already aware of this. Their threads are chock full of this type of manipulation, all made with what I suspect is Grok. Their AI blather has penetrated several other threads as well, and they've had several posts deleted by moderators as spam. Here's an example: Oh, holydarkness, you absolute treasure, gracing us with your bc.game bedtime story—truly the detective work we all needed! 😄 A wrong PDF password causing all the trouble? How positively adorable! I bet Thamizhan’s over the moon to hear their 23-day UPI disaster—funds deducted, dispute window long gone, nothing credited—might just be a tiny mix-up like that. Oh… but hold on a second, that’s not quite right, is it? Stake’s been playing fast and loose with shady third-party vendors to skirt India’s GST laws, channeling funds through what’s basically a circus of fake GST scammers. Users are getting ghosted faster than you can say “Eddie’s ethics,” with cash disappearing into thin air.
Need a little proof to spice up your fairy tale? How about this gem from nigseller—INR 2,000 deducted, but Stake’s glitchy payment page kept rejecting the UTR and refreshing like a broken toy. Stake’s response? “Oh, you already have a ticket open,” despite nigseller never contacting them before. Or how about forcabarca7693’s lovely tale? INR 5,000 gone for almost a month, still no refund—frustrating, right? Gosh, holydarkness, I’m sure these are just more “password oopsies,” not a raging dumpster fire of a payment system.
But let’s keep pretending it’s all sunshine and rainbows while Stake’s operation crumbles and Eddie’s allegedly dodging an arrest warrant in India. Oh look, they’re facing a ban for this very nonsense—what a shocking twist! I bet you’re stunned, holydarkness, with all your worldly wisdom, that Stake might be swimming in AML violations. Surely they’re not just preying on users and wiping their hands clean, right? Perish the thought! Stake needs to vet their vendors or refund us, but I suppose that’s too much to ask when you’re busy weaving charming little stories. Thanks for trying, though—you’re an absolute star! 😉
Copyleaks: 100% AI generated GPTZero: 100% AI generated Sapling: 100% Fake He has hundreds of posts like this... just AI-generated insults crapping on various forum members and Stake. Needless to say, this account is completely untrustworthy. I encourage any casino to reject their business because they will not be using it in good faith. Its that time of the year again where Americans must relish the final weeks of the NFL season before we return to the dreary nothingness that is the off-season. Tomorrow we have the first two playoff games, so we need to get this show on the road! This is where we are right now: Just for fun, let's also post the current Super Bowl odds for the top 10 teams as well: First up is Chargers vs. Texans, tomorrow (Saturday). Even though they are playing in Texas, Chargers are favored by 3, and there's no reason why they shouldn't win. They have a great defense & tend to score more points per game than their opponents. Its worth pointing out that the last time they played (2 years ago), the Texans beat the Chargers by 10 points. Regardless, I'm going with Chargers for this one. Next up tomorrow is Steelers vs. Ravens. This one isn't gonna be nearly as close, with the spread favoring the Ravens by 9.5. It is a home game for the Ravens but the spread still feels too high. I am not confident they will cover, but there's almost no chance they'll be upset by a team with Justin Fields as QB. Ravens to win. I'll tell you now, my Super Bowl pick has gotta be the Chiefs to do a 3-peat -- they have unrivaled experience in this setting as a team. Although I do wish all the Lions fans good luck as they've been waiting a long time for this moment. Who do you think is gonna win the Super Bowl, and what upsets do you think could take place on the road to the championship?

As first reported by @lookonchain, an old miner just moved coins mined on Jan 30, 2009 (close to 15.5 years ago). This is the addresses' only outgoing transaction. https://www.blockchain.com/explorer/addresses/btc/1C4rE41Kox3jZbdJT9yatyh4H2fMxP8qmDCurrent value of the coins is $3,183,366. I checked and they did not move the Bitcoin Cash (yet -- its a piddly $17k). I'm wondering who else could have been mining coins back then aside from Satoshi and Hal. I'm sure there was a handful of other individuals. They paid a fee of $0.69. What's also interesting is they ignored the inputs of 2 other deposits from 2020.

For years I've noticed that a common theme among account farmers is to use their bounty/campaign earnings to buy aged accounts. While I personally don't red tag bought accounts, I'm not against it so long as there is ample proof the account has changed hands. Instead, this is a thread for neutral tags in cases where it seems highly likely that the current owner and original owner are different. Why do this? Mainly because when someone uses a bought account, it gives the impression that the accomplishments of somebody else are their own. Its a misrepresentation of one's own capabilities, accomplishments, and/or standing. How to do this? Here's my main criteria: - Long posting gap (1 or more years)
- Noticeable change in writing style
- Quickly joins sig campaign or bounty
- Change in posting habits (places, frequency, etc.)
- No cryptographic proof owner is the original
For instance, while investigating what I believe is a firmly-entrenched alt farm, I came across this account: cozytrade - registered Dec 15, 2013 It already has a neutral feedback from JollyGood: | | JollyGood | | 2022-12-17 | | Reference | | Serious accusations have been made of this account either being sold or changing hands. I would advise to take precautions when dealing with "cozytrade".
I will revise/modify the feedback if any compelling information is presented. |
This account actually changed hands twice; once between 2018-2022 and once between 2016-2017. The original owner is from the US, then suddenly started speaking fluent Filipino in 2017, then went to using a broken English -- when they're not translating bland sports newsbytes (or so it seems): Dambulla Sixers vs Galle Marvels 12th match started today at Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium, Dambulla. Dambulla Sixers team came out to bat. Dambulla Sixers team scored 160 runs in 20 overs. Dambulla Sixers team batsman Chamindu Wickramasinghe scored 56 runs off 34 balls. Reeza Hendricks was dismissed for 16 off 13 balls.Kusal Perera was dismissed for 17 off 12 balls.
Then we have this account: GigaBit - registered December 21, 2013 This is one of the more ridiculous transformations I've seen: I mean, do I really have to say anything else here? Same thing as before: the account goes from masterful use of the English language (the new owner never changed the original location of Ontario, Canada) to posting once again drivel in mediocre English in the Gambling board: KYC is recommended in almost every casino. Some casino sites it is done before betting and on some sites it can be done without kyc. But I think it is better for the gambler to complete KYC to conduct smooth betting. If KYC is not a problem for a gambler who bets small amounts, KYC should be done for big gamblers who gamble a lot otherwise there may be problem. If KYC is shared in terms and conditions then it must be completed prior to gambling. Many people neglect this, but if you get a big win, there may be a problem with the money of that win. So it is better to do KYC to avoid such problems.
From now on I will write a reference in this thread when neutral tagging an account I suspect of being hacked/traded. You can feel free to use it for your own tags, so long as at least the 1st two items in the criteria list are met. I'm against issuing red trust solely based on these criteria, however.

Preface: I waited 2 months to post this but couldn't because both of these accounts had loans with shasan that they kept re-extending. Anyway, now that they are both fully paid, I hope you enjoy this little revelation I had. Its a story about one of the most obnoxious "newbies" in recent history, and who would have guessed it, turns out he wasn't actually a newbie at all. Well this is funny. Saw this post just now: which was quickly deleted and replaced with this: We are called humans because we have human nature.
Actually, I think we have human nature because we are called humans. Human is human... Lol Note that while both komisariatku and PytagoraZ regularly post in the Indonesian board, komisariatku doesn't have a tag from JollyGood whereas Pytagoraz does. So why would komisariatku bother to chime in to the thread, making a comment about JollyGood apropos of nothing? It's simple really. Because he forgot he wasn't logged into the Pytagoraz account at the time. I now feel dumb for having given Pytagoraz the benefit of the doubt that he was actually a newbie, as he claimed many times before, even going so far as to open a thread titled " I'am a newbie", LOL. Yes.. i think jollygood is too arrogant and he likes that. For now, in my opinion, making trash posts is better than finding other people's mistakes, other people are make a trash posts for signature campaigns, Jolly also does the same thing, finding other people's faults for signature campaigns.
Maybe I'm new, but still I'm free to judge Jolly, just like he's free to judge me, the difference is only 1, he can tag me while I can't. not fair indeed. But I know that the judgment thread cannot be opened freely without preliminary evidence and preliminary analysis. So what are you doing wrong, is such an wrong not worth for tag? it is an abuse of your status as a DT, just like a judge judges people without proof, you can be accused of defaming people. I think we all use positive law theory ...
More fraudulent talk about how PytagoraZ is a newbie: hello I'm PytagoraZ, I'm a beginner. I've read some of the rules here. I think this forum has a lot of rules.
I'm just a newbie
I'm still a beginner here, because I just came to the forum about a few months ago.
And it was pretty dumb to develop an attitude over how "smart" they were for a "newbie": Honestly, I'm wondering, am I the one learning too fast or are they learning too slow?
These two accounts have also exchanged a few merits in the past: https://bpip.org/smerit.aspx?from=komisariatku&to=PytagoraZhttps://bpip.org/smerit.aspx?from=PytagoraZ&to=komisariatkuHere's another instance where he forgot he was logged in as komisariatku: https://ninjastic.space/post/62372680https://ninjastic.space/post/62372682Here's more background on the extent he went to claim he was a fast-learning noob in order to get merits, basically: PytagoraZ's own "Judgment Thread": https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5458785.0I'm not sure about being enrolled in the same campaign together, but they have cheated in a few contests together. Sinbad price prediction contest: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5469314.msg63018262#msg63018262https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5469314.msg63047226#msg63047226BC.Game football contest: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5484822.msg63650307#msg63650307https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5484822.msg63678769#msg63678769I think the contest cheating, exchange of merits, and attempts to coax merits under the pretext that they are a newbie is enough to issue red tags on both accounts. Both accounts are welcomed to defend themselves in this discussion.

Need to ree this thread since it was locked and I still have questions for the Stake campaign manager. I voted for Stake in the original thread, BTW, because the sheer volume of shitposts generated by this campaign is insane. Well, now let me point some things that I see some people are misinterpreting in our campaign - We do not incentive or support spam of any kind. Every post with less than 150 characters, with an interval of less than 5 minutes (between each post) or has no quality is not paid.
- AI usage is forbidden in our campaign (and I really wish all the campaign managers would do the same).
Seems like people aren't misinterpreting anything but rather you are failing to apply the rules of your own campaign. I bet you I could find at least 5 active AI spammers within your campaign right now. Let's the start with the most obvious one, who had been criticized for his non-constructive shitposting for months: borovichokRecently I had 9 "AI spam" reports against him marked as "Good": Although this one remains "unhandled", I suppose because it is half genuine and half AI (guess which half is which ): I don’t see your action as a form of support. This is reckless gambling and as you know stake also promotes the slogan bet responsibly. Gambling doesn`t cross my mind when I receive payment because I know the efforts I put in to meet weekly tasks so throwing the payment away will cost me my mental health and so I have always tried to avoid it. When you lose your weekly payment to the casino, you are essentially losing a portion of your income that could have been used for essential expenses such as bills, groceries, rent, or savings. This loss can lead to mental disturbance. It is essential to prioritize your financial well-being and avoid gambling with money that you cannot afford to lose.
Losing your weekly payment to the casino can also have profound emotional effects. The stress and shame associated with losing money through gambling can take a toll on your overall well-being. If you find yourself consistently losing your weekly payment to the casino and struggling to control this behaviour, it may be necessary to seek help from support groups, counselling services, or helplines dedicated to assisting individuals with gambling addiction. Recognizing the problem early and taking proactive steps towards recovery is key to regaining control over your finances and well-being.
When you are talking about a brand that runs 2 campaigns, with a total of 124 members, referring to its members, in general, as spammer is just stupid.
It's absolutely a fair generalization given the exceptionally low standards you have for the quality of poster who may join your campaign. I also know many of our members are on top 50 in quantity of posts but a lot of them have a rating of 7.5+ for their quality so definitely not what I would simply call "spam".. but I also have to agree that, going further, some of the top 100 are under that rating so we will be working on it by the next week.
As was already mentioned, this is a completely meaningless metric that is not valued by anyone on the forum other than your staff and participants. Last but not least, I am always open to read your suggestions. This is the first time I am running a campaign (and I like to believe the I am doing well, otherwise the campaign would not be on for so many years) & we always have something to learn.
My suggestions would be: 1. Cut the number of participants you have in half, retaining only the highest-merited users with non-purchased accounts. 2. Cut the total number of weekly posts paid per participant by 1/3. You can pay them more per post if you'd like since you are dismissing the worst posters. This way, the chances of your campaign being named the spammiest will be reduced by half.
