1  Economy / Goods / Selling 1777.58 Acreage Lunar Deed (transferable) - for 1 BTC on: February 28, 2021, 07:22:55 AM
If you're not familiar with Lunar Deeds, please visit lunarembassy.com first before showing interest to familiarise yourself with what you are buying. Purchasing Lunar Land today costs $24.99 for 1 acre - $499 for 20 acres.

What I am selling was purchased in 1997, which makes it about 24 years old.
That means it's prime location, based on a first come basis and one whole lot number.
It includes the following sealed original items;

1 x Lunar Deed (unsigned and transferable)
1 x Lunar Constitution Bill of Rights
1 x Lunar Map

The land is on this side of the tidally locked Moon facing us and near the centre.
More details to the exact lot number can be provided further, (or kept private).

Lunar Deed states the document represents 10 Sercas, which is 1777.58 acres (approx).
This is a huge lot suitable for investment, hotel, golf course, gift. It includes mineral rights.

The Deed is unsigned in my name as that was my choice at the time, but it is personally signed and dated at the bottom of the document by Dennis Hope.

This means you can print your own name, or leave it empty and re-sell it in another 20 years. You can also re-sell 1 acre lots, but you need to check with Dennis to be sure.

Anyone seriously interested in purchasing this massive Lunar acreage , I can scan the Deed and provide further evidence.

No time wasters please or grief regarding this being a scam or not.
It does actually state on the Deed this is a novelty gift.
I also have another 20 Sercas (3500 acres) and no that's not for sale.

I'm asking 1 BTC and the deed, bill of rights and location map will be posted/courier signed anywhere in the world in a cardboard roll.
Thank you for your interest.

Escrow available Smiley
