Where it allows me to setup 365 myself (I'm not looking for individual accounts to use office ProPlus only).

After contacting few of the providers in the escrow topic ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=855778.0 ), I got few replies about the minimum fee or minimum trade where the fee is (almost) matching the trade amount.

I spooted a good deal on BitcoinTalk, so I'm trying to be careful in buying from this guy, he has no vouches.
Need one who accepts small amounts of escrow. I'm buying from him the amount of $200 only (eq. ~ BTC 0.00366).

Please let me know who accepts such escrow criteria.
