I am toying with a very unique idea for a blockchain enabled business... This is not a traditional digital asset or crypto-currency idea, and the exact plans are not fully baked at the moment.

I need a platform that has built in voting abilities. I guess just easy to use / secure smart contracts would also work and I could program a 2ndary voting application.

TLDR: What is the best crypto tech out there for smart contracts and or built in voting functionality?

Token Weighted Ad Hoc Voting
Could be ported to mobile OSs in future
