"A new Australian 50c piece released today comes with a hidden code only the sharpest of people will be able to crack"

Not crypto but collectible related.
I thought some members here might be interested in the new Australian $0.50 coin

4  Economy / Collectibles / [CANCELED] Luckybit Physical Bitcoin Set #31/100 on: June 30, 2021, 05:52:56 AM
For this auction i have a matching numbered set of Luckybit Physical Bitcoins (31/100)

These coins seem quite rare for sale these days and especially rare to find in a matching set. This is probably due to only the rose gold/copper coin being sold publicly.
If you wanted the silver you had to be very lucky when buying a rose gold or win one through the site.

I started a thread weeks ago looking for more info on these coins:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5331622.msg56818172#msg56818172

Starting bid: 0.02BTC
Minimum Bid Increment: 0.001BTC
BIN Price: 0.1BTC
Auction ends: 3 days after this listing is posted (2021/07/03 @ 4pm AEST)
Sniping: Any bid made in the last 15 minutes of the auction will extend the auction by another 10 minutes.

- No hidden reserve
- Shipping is paid by the winner.
- Escrow is welcome, buyer to cover costs. (Both parties must agree on the escrow agent. I am happy with MJ)

The coins can be seen here:

Looks like both cases have a couple of small surface scratches on the back, no damage to the coins themselves
Coins are in near perfect condition, both graded PF68.

Let the bidding start!  Smiley

Update:
Items did not sell in auction or sale. I will keep them for now. If interested contact me by DM and we can discuss a deal.
5  Economy / Collectibles / [Question] re Luckybit Silver Plated Coins on: April 19, 2021, 11:57:25 AM
While doing some research into the Luckybit coins recently I stumbled across this thread:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1440960.0

Is it true that only 5-10 of the Silver Plated coins were sold publicly?

If so how were the other 90-95 distributed? Did they go to Luckybit players only?

I know some lucky users purchasing the rose gold also won a matching silver coin, but that only accounts for another 10 max.

These are not easy to find for sale, I am guessing many gamblers that won these coins just tossed them in a draw and forgot about them.

I can see lots of auctions for the rose gold coin shortly after the giveaway, but not many silver sales, and very rare to find in a set.

I found set #23 currently for sale on eBay, although they look a little rough:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/LuckyBit-Bit-Coin-Set-23-100-Made-Peeled-Unfunded-Like-Casascius-BTCC-Titan/333949192249?_trkparms=aid%3D1110006%26algo%3DHOMESPLICE.SIM%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D231710%26meid%3D808428ffc4624214aeb9f17a8415fbb1%26pid%3D100935%26rk%3D7%26rkt%3D12%26mehot%3Dpf%26sd%3D154419604506%26itm%3D333949192249%26pmt%3D1%26noa%3D0%26pg%3D2332490%26algv%3DSimplAMLv9PairwiseUnbiasedWeb&_trksid=p2332490.c100935.m2460

(This set for sale on eBay is not mine and i have no connection to the owner/seller)

DM's are welcome, but i think i have reply limit since new member.

Happy bidding  Smiley

Edit: The silver coin does NOT have a scratch in the top right, next to the down arrow. Looks like an eye lash  Cheesy Tongue
(My eye lash is not part of the sale and does not come with the coins)

Edit 2: (Although bids are in BTC and it is more than welcome, payment can be made directly or via escrow in another coin to save on tx fees. Don't send any coin other than BTC to address in the OP)
