1  Economy / Scam Accusations / Rollbit didnt help me as Gambling Addicted - not closing main account on time on: February 07, 2024, 11:05:04 AM
Hello,

I suffer from Gambling addiction. I'm trying to get some help for it, but it is my health condition.
I had two KYC completed accounts on Rollbit. I applied to self-exclusion on one of this accounts.

They closed only that account it seems... After 3 days I was able to login on the main account and deposit and play.
They are negligent leaving that account opened. They refuse to let me withdraw my deposit sum made after my closure request.

Is there anything else I can do to recover my funds?

3  Economy / Service Discussion / Bitskins upgraded their platform and I lost over 22000 affiliates on: August 29, 2023, 05:00:57 PM
Hello,

Bitskins.com that is a very known CSGO skins marketplace just updated their platform this month.
They increased the affiliate revenue on this version, but when they migrated the existent accounts they can't migrate the affiliates.

I had over 22.000 affiliates, that gave me over $30.000 since 2016... and on last months I was getting around $400 from it (monthly).
With the new affiliate revenue I would get 4x this amount.

They state they simply can't migrate the old affiliate information. Is there anything else I can do to fight for it?

Thanks
4  Economy / Scam Accusations / 1xbit.com didn't refund my deposited sum as it was supposed to on: March 23, 2021, 09:54:02 AM
I was scammed  by 1xbit.com that didn't follow their own rules. My account was closed due to duplicated registration (that is true) and they said my bets were solved with 1:1 odds. I had no winnings in any of my accounts so it is impossible to had profit or neutral balance. They owe me my deposited sum minus the withdraw sum that is over 430mBT. I contacted support via chat and they told me contact Security Department. That department never answers to a single email of me.

"We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."
