I was thinking about making a decentralized discussion forum from ground up, Is there anybody who is interested?

Is there any secure GUI tool which i can use to Encrypt/Decrypt and sign message or files with my ECDSA Secp256k1 private key?
GUI could be binary file, or local HTML file.

she gives her public key to Bob, is there any simple GUI tool for Alice to sign a file and sen then signature to Bob by email?
Bob also needs same tool to simply verify the file signature with Alice pub key.

or maybe she want to simply encrypt a plane text message with her private key and send it to bob by email, than bob decrypt it with Alice pub key.

is there any simple GUI (binary or better HTML) tool for this? Also encrypt, decrypt capability would be appreciated.

is it a good idea to use same private key for keeping Bitcoin and Litecoin and Dodgecoin?
I do not mean seed phrase, but a raw 32 byte random private key.
Private key will give us a public key, that can be used to generate address for BTC, LTC and Dodgecoin. I dont think there be any problem with this, what you think?

Hi,
trading websites like binance, do charge user for 0.0005 BTC (half of mili BTC or 0.5 mBTC) when user is going to withdraw.
Many other websites are likely charging users for same fee. What is the reason?
Sites like binance do pay users in groups, I mean they pay to 10 users in same transaction. this will also reduce fee payed by binance.
So why binance (or other sites) do charge user for $10 as fee when they do pay $1-2 as fee?
For example even if binance pay $1 as fee to the bitcoin network, then it will charge user for $10 (0.5mBTC).
I think binance do not likes that users withdraw their BTCs because maybe they do not have enough BTC in their wallets!

I do get a 20% commission - minimum $10, so you do pay for goods itself, domestic shipping (~$1 per shipping) from seller warehouse to our warehouse in Iran, international post shipping ($20-$50 per kg for express shipping) and finally some custom clearance which you (probably) should pay to your local post officer.
