What we are doing
We are working on a consumer facing  crypto 2.0 app  and the vision is to create the first operational decentralized multi-billion dollar value DAO, by servicing a 100 million plus user market who crypto is the perfect fit for. We have found the right product market fit and as soon as the app is completed it will bring in a massive number of users into crypto naturally. The app will be operating in the gaming industry and first demo playable version is to be released soon.

Organization
We are a group of people working together in a cooperative to achieve the vision of a DAO (decentralized autonomous organization) built on one of the crypto 2.0 platforms.
We are offering token ownership and a secure monthly salary for a minimum commitment to help out developers working on the app. Salary will rage from medium 5 figures to high 5 figures/yr…The value of tokens will also be above salary earning. Tokens will have to be vested on a month to month basis

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for 7 javascript ninjas all around. 3 full time, 4 part-time
You must have extended javascript and nodejs experience with a willingness to learn webrtc and some other frameworks
 individual skilled in highly dynamic web interface development (HTML, JavaScript, css ….).

Leverage the best technologies for the job and make recommendations of your own.
You will provide expertise and knowledge towards best practices and processes for Javascript and Node.js development.



REQUIRED SKILLS
Some familiarity with crypto currencies or willing to learn about them
Highly skilled at front-end or back- end engineering using Object-Oriented JavaScript, various JavaScript libraries and micro frameworks ( nodejs, webrtc, phaserjs), HTML and CSS
Advanced JavaScript skills and strong knowledge of Node.js and experience with all layers of the MEAN stack.
Web fundamentals HTTP, AJAX, WebSockets, HTML5, CSS3.
Experience with one or more popular web development languages other then javascript.
Strong CS fundamentals in Algorithms, Data Structures, Operating Systems, Networking.
Good understanding of frontend development and popular frontend MVC frameworks is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum a plus.
Well versed in software engineering principles, frameworks and technologies
Excellent communication skills
Self-directed team player who thrives in a continually changing environment
