1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Fan Tokens on: September 17, 2022, 09:40:31 AM
Every bull-run has a specific sector that is most likely to blow up, the previous one was the time of gaming and NFTs.

So, football is the most followed and practiced sport in the world, sports in general are becoming more social and engaging (it's cleary what is happening with F1, whose
fanbase is booming), with cryptos gaining more attention in this sector thanks to more and more sponsorships and partnerships.

Could make sense to expect fan tokens to blow up during the next bull-run?
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Worried about Moreno on: August 25, 2022, 08:31:47 AM
I've already asked in this section what could be a good alternative to Monero, but I haven't specified the reason of my question, so literally everybody were wondering why I was looking for an alternative despite having such a good platform like XMR.

The reason is that future regulations scare me a little bit, specially privacy limitations, they've already wiped out Tornado Cash and Blender, because "they are perfect for money laundering".

Their next target will be privacy coins, more specifically Monero, and nobody will change my mind, regulators already issued statements against Monero and I think it's only matter of time.

So, do you know any good alternatives to Monero?
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Privacy coins on: August 24, 2022, 09:17:59 AM
What do you believe to be the best privacy coins (excluding Monero) ?

P.S: I'm not asking for financial advise and I'm not looking for the next 100x, it's about the level of reliability and safety those coins can offer.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Crypto Mixers on: August 24, 2022, 08:49:22 AM
Mixers are now under attack by American authorities, with Tornado Cash and Blender being their first big victims.

Moving on my opinion about this (because they wouldn't be relevant at all), do you know any other reliable mixing platforms?

I've made my own research but I want a feedback from this community which surely knows this world better than me (would be great to know something from people that actually use those platforms)
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Bots on Coinmarketcap on: May 25, 2022, 10:19:50 AM
Usually when you wanted to know if a project was worth following were the number of people that put the token on their watchlist, but I'm afraid it's not a valuable parameter anymore.

Many unknown coins/tokens have an insane amount of people that put them on their watchlist in a very short period of time, for instance, a token that's been added to thousand lists in like minutes since their listing on CMC, very strange.

My question is, people can really buy bots on CMC that could do that?
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / NFT presales vs ICOs on: February 04, 2022, 09:16:41 AM
I've been deep-diving into many pre-sales and it's quite evident the amount of hype that this new market is generating, and there's still a lot of room for growth in my opinion.

I genuinely think that NFT pre-sales are comparable to ICOs back in 2017/2018, when very few projects required whitelisting and with no vesting schedule, so everybody jumped in in order to sell shortly after the live listing, causing many pump and dump movements, which led many projects to death.

What's your opinion about that?
7  Economy / Trading Discussion / Arbitrage in crypto on: January 22, 2022, 10:23:00 AM
Trading in the stock market is a thing, but doing it in the crypto market is almost exclusively for professionals (and many people keep ignoring this) and takes years and years of hard study to make it work properly without liquidating your savings.

But I was wondering if any of you tried arbitrage on the crypto market (I'm choosing this option because it is relatively less risky than normal trading, basically the main effort is to find those pricing errors and "exploit" them without incurring in a front-run).

Do you have any experience with this method, which software/programs do you use and what tutorials do you follow to learn it?

P.S: I see that price differences especially in low cap altcoin and I think I've actually found one example so I'll share a screen, let me know if this could be a valid example and how would you deal with it.

8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Mixers on Binance Smart Chain on: January 21, 2022, 10:01:01 AM
I know mixers are available on the Ethereum chain, but I'm really done with its fees, especially in this period of high volatility.

I was wondering if any mixers were available on the Binance Smart Chain.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / NFTs on Smart Chain on: January 12, 2022, 05:05:59 PM
Realistically speaking, almost the totality of the NFTs market is concentrated on the Ethereum blockchain.

I know that there are some marketplaces on BSC too (Bakery swap for instance), but are almost irrelevant in terms of volume and liquidity if compared with the ones on Ethereum.

Do you believe that one day people are going to move on BSC to sell their NFTs?....if not, why, what does make people choose Ethereum?

10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / DOGE-1 mission on: January 11, 2022, 09:34:57 AM
First things firsts, this is a purely speculative thought, not intended to be considered as an investment plan.

So, in the first quarter of 2022, SpaceX planned the "DOGE-1" mission, which is expected to take little CubeSat to the moon, it is funded by dogecoin donations and the main narrative is that will be the next crypto in space, first memecoin in space, doge to the literal moon and other various bs.

I think we could discuss the hypothetical price movement dogecoin and other companies involved in the mission (like Unizen) could experience...I think a 30-40% move is possible.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Most private cryptocurrency on: January 04, 2022, 05:11:50 PM
Cryptocurrencies are definitely not so anonymous as we thought in the past, transactions could be traced and our identity could still be exposed (hope I haven't been too dramatic lol).

I know there are cryptos that focus specifically on privacy like Monero, Zcash and others, so, when it comes to transactions anonymity and wallet exposure, what do you believe to be the best cryptocurrency in this field?

P.S: I'm not looking for financial advice

12  Other / Off-topic / Metamask on: December 22, 2021, 10:11:39 AM
Let's assume that I have two accounts on my Metamask wallet, and use them to operate on platforms like Curve, Avax or anything else, substantially I do some transactions.

Could, actually, a hacker find a method that allows him to understand that those two wallets belong to the same Metamask wallet?

P.S: very important, it's obvious that, for safety reasons, I WON'T DO any transfer between the wallets, I will keep them isolated from each other, doing separate operations.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Transfer Ethereum anonymously on: December 18, 2021, 10:12:37 AM
When we talk about cryptos the majority of the people still think that you're completely anonymous when you do your transactions, this is only partially true, because transactions are anonymous but traceable too, and even an unskilled ""hacker"" could track you down and expose your identity.

So, having said that, does anybody know how to transfer ETH anonymously?...maybe someone could suggest a program, platform that could allow that?
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Opinions on CoinMarketBag on: December 03, 2021, 09:45:33 PM
I've just found this website while I was doing some random researches, seems a little bit similar to Cointelegraph (obviously I mean that remotely reminds me of Cointelegraph).

Did anybody come in contact with this website before and could share his experience?

The reason why I'm asking this is because sometimes some of its articles pop out during random researches on Google and I want to be sure that the sources I get info from are reliable and secure.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Smart contract analysis tool on: December 03, 2021, 08:43:23 AM
It's been a while since I started searching for MAIAN, a tool that could analyze for me the contract I'm writing and look for vulnerabilities (remix's compiler is driving me insane and, to be honest, I wasn't expecting coding to be so difficult), but seems quite nowhere to be found.

Does anybody know how to find it?...or at least recommend a similar tool that could do such a task?

P.S: I'm starting to think that it has been removed from the Internet because, actually, in the wrong hands could lead to numerous disasters.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Obtaining an ABI file on: December 01, 2021, 09:48:20 PM
Hope not to be OT (probably is, since it's not properly focused on BTC, btw I'll try anyway), I was trying to do some tests on Ganashe and ABI files are needed to do them, the problem is that I can't find those files on Etherscan.

I tried to navigate even through the most famous projects like Chainlink or Shiba Inu but apparently Etherscan doesn't show ABI files anymore (maybe I've been missing something), so, if that's the case, does anybody know how to obtain such files or if there's a program capable of doing that?

17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / GenomesDAO on: November 23, 2021, 08:53:12 AM
I saw this coin's pre-sale on MISO and the project seems really good (yeah I made my research), but before putting money in it I want to know if anybody here has ever heard of this project and what's his opinion.
18  Other / Off-topic / Create a website on: November 22, 2021, 06:48:42 PM
I have a question I've never received an answer for, how could I trace it back to the original template of a certain website? (I mean which platform/site has been used to create that particular website).
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Enjinstarter on: November 19, 2021, 08:24:24 PM
Do you believe this launchpad to be reliable and trustworthy?...would be great if someone could tell us about his experience with this website, and I was wondering if it was an easy job for scammers to create iDOs on this pad.

Is it linked with the most famous platform Enjin?

20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Interacting with smart contracts on: November 13, 2021, 11:40:26 AM
Hi there, hope not be off-topic, my knowledge about cryptos is not so on point, but I was trying to learn how to interact with smart contracts.

I'm realizing that asking for every existing function is just useless, so, does anybody know a website/youtube channel/any other guide that could teach me how to use a smart contract (I think it mostly depends on the programming language).

Just to make a practical example, the contracts we see on Bscscan (or Etherscan), which language they use (almost sure it's solidity) and where could I learn to use the functions that are shown?
