In the process of restoring my electrum wallet

Yes I have the 12 word phrase, that is a definite. I did not mention the 12 word phrase because I was unaware I had it.

The what looks like a "web address" to me is the "phrase" "string of words separated by a slash / user/home/electrum/wallet/....this I thought was the seed phrase. Is that the extended Phrase Charles-Tim was speaking of?

Either way, it sounds like I am good to go with just the seed to restore my wallet. Yeah, I just want to make sure everything is correct, who wants to lose money unnecessarily, any amount.

Hello, I am trying to restore my electrum wallet from seed but I am not familiar with any of this or the language. I need to restore because I lost my home & ability to use google authenticator to use my electrum wallet. I want to restore and move the bitcoin to another wallet.

I copied some codes, 2 sets of numbers & a "address" when a set up my electrum wallet. I was not really paying attention because I didnt think I would really need it, so, I did not organize it.

I have 2 set of random numbers that I texted to myself, that I believe are the secret codes everyone is speaking of but I'm not 100% positive ....now I know I wouldnt do this unless they were important...but I really cant remember why I texted these numbers to myself, thats the only thing that would makes sense, they are the secret codes.
The other "address" is just that, looks like a web address....user/home/wallet/electrum...etc. Is this my "seed" and the 2 sets of numbers are my secret codes?

I lost my phone and will not receive another phone for at least another week. I have an electrum wallet that is connected to my phone thru google authentication for transactions. I can not send bitcoins without the google verification, which I can not see because I do not have my phone. Does anyone know how to be able to send bitcoin without google verification? How to get past google verification? A different way to authenticate without having access to my phone & google authentication? Or Electrum customer service email or phone number? How can I use/send the bitcoins in my wallet or get my cash back, a refund?

Will I be able to receive the google authentication code on a new phone even if the phone number is the same?
