Using GUIMiner this doesn't work out so well. One pool always gets ~150 MHash/s while the other gets ~10MHash/s. What causes this imbalance? Any way to fix it?

I know that we need 5 posts & 4 hours before we are allowed to post, but how is it handled?

Does the forum automagically grant us permissions, or do I have to send a request to a moderator, or something like that?
