Major products of EDEN LOOP Platform, a platform representing NFT, are divided into creative works in a static file format such as 2D images and videos, and dynamic creative works that are created through 3D data.
There is no point to divide these groups into two, as all creative data including 3D data will be converted into a NFT that can be applied to the actual metaverse in real time by 4D View service which the foundation has invented and is being provided in service.
EDEN LOOP TOKEN is distributed through DEX (Decentralized transaction system) within EDEN LOOP Platform.
This DEX can be exchanged with commercialized blockchain assets that are used for purchasing and selling EDEN LOOP TOKEN and is operated as the standard transaction platform for the exchange of NFT.
CREATION OF EDEN LOOP PLATFORM
There are existing NTF systems that provide various forms and features in this world. However, the existing NFT marketplace is a system that creates an NFT ecosystem through auction or normal sales when artists register their creative works.
EDEN LOOP Platform is preparing to provide a new method of IP transaction to encourage aggressive creative activities of NFT artworks, but not the existing limited system transaction method.
This is organized to make a way for NFT in the system by EDEN LOOP platform allows users to register their IP contents on the platform, and to make general transactions and auctions. Users also may generate IP that contains creativity of creators based on registered original IPs. The goal of the foundation is to create an ecosystem where original IP is transacted by generating consecutive IPs up to NFT order from secondary, tertiary and so on. These IPs are created legally and it is not only about copying the original IP.
This not only proves and verifies the uniqueness and ownership of the digital assets by converting to NFT, but also promotes creativity on the artworks. In addition, EDEN LOOP platform strongly protects the ownership of the original IP, while leading to derived IP of creators. As a result, resolving the limitation of diversity in the NFT market while protecting the expansibility of assets.
EDEN LOOP PLATFORM SYSTEM
The NFT system is vulnerable to IPR infringement fundamentally since digital assets can be easily copied and converted into NFT, such as images, videos and audios which are in a simple media form.
EDEN LOOP Platform has approached NFT with a perspective of expanding the existing limited system, performing the role and function of the platform by protecting NFT in a practical way.
As mentioned earlier, EDEN LOOP Platform supports numerous individual users or creators to register their creative works and gain IPR for their works by using NFT. Furthermore, EDEN LOOP Platform primarily prevents registered creative works against unauthorized distribution, infringed copy and usage of IP through a protection algorithm.
EDEN LOOP Platform provides alarm service within the platform to protect IPR of creators. This ensures creators’ IPR for not only original works but also derived works such as secondary or tertiary works can be protected.
