First of all I want to mention that I made the post already in their ANN topic with user konabel, but since they refused to help me, i got frustrated and inactive. And at some point, I could not access my account anymore on the forum as i did not remember the password anymore. I also did not had access anymore to my email, because out of frustration I deleted/changed it to let it rest. But a few weeks ago I decided to take action because 1xbit must be stopped, and we have to prevent people to become a victim.
27 dec 2020 I made a deposit of 200 mBTC to 1xbit.com
I started gambling, and was lucky with my bets and won some money. I decided to withdraw 2 amounts : 58 mBTC and 22 mBTC. Both were processed without any problems.
Next day, I tried to login to bet again and suddenly my account was blocked. I contacted the security department, and they wrote me:
'Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions.'
At that moment, my balance was increased to about 670 mBTC.
They confiscate 550 mBTC. Remaning balance when I could login again was about 120 mBTC.
They told me I could withdraw this funds from 120 mbtc, since I already withdrew 80 mbtc - the total withdrawal would then be 200 mbtc, which was my deposit.
I asked 1xbit_official what the problem was, he said that I broke the rules with my bets placed.
So of course I asked him to explain this in detail, since I have the right to know what I violated.
he refuses to explain, and just tell me that I broke the rules with my bets, without any explanation.
Since I can not login to mya ccount anymore, I can not post my betting history. I asked 1xbit_official many times to provide me the betting history or post it here on the forum, so that all the people can judge if my bets were fair or not. I am 100% sure my bets won fair. 1xbit_refuses to give any explanation and just sticks to the answer that I violated the terms and that i must proof that I did nit violate anything.
How can you proof that you did not violate anything if you do not know where you accused from?
It is absolutely clear to me that they do not like winners and decided to take my winnings, on the moment they saw I won to much. Funny detail is that they processed 80 mBTC in total before my account was closed, since they still have 120 mbtc netto from my deposit from 200 mbtc.
I think 1xbit_official is not going to solve this, but the least we can do is give them a red card to warn others about it.
Now there is a yellow card, but they deserve red because of all the scams.
