3  Economy / Gambling discussion / Casinos and gamblers are struggling with high tx fees.? on: December 06, 2023, 11:00:23 PM
I'm just wondering how crypto casinos are able to cope with this high Tx fees.. cus definitely, they'll have a decreased transaction rate.. anyways, I understand the fact that they've got so many ways to cover up whatsoever.. maybe digital sales? Etc.. that'd also equat atleast 11/3 of the usual influx.

do people still gamble with these high tx fees? Is the current congestion in the mempool a motivation to some set of gamblers? that they might likely get fortunate since alot of gamblers won't wanna evade the high fees??

4  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Rebroadcasting raw txid. on: December 05, 2023, 11:26:46 PM
From this topic, I was able to get different answers to how I could retrace the tx.. so I imported the seed phrase to an electrum wallet, and I tried disconnecting and reconnecting to different severs until I got an interface that allowed me to either "broadcast" the transaction or "remove" it... I actually clicked on the remove option and it immediately reflected in my wallet for the first time...(y'all remember I used TW the last time?)?

The case now is - I'm tryna accelerate the Tx and VIAbtc keeps giving me a warning - that my transaction id doesn't exist.. I also searched an old post from @LoyceV way back in 2017 and the instruction on it was to copy the hex format of the txid and rebroadcast it using coinb.in.
The problem here is; i can't generate the hex format of my txid on an Android version of electrum wallet... Is there a way out to help me proceed?? Preciate y'all.

5  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Pending transaction.. on: November 25, 2023, 01:16:36 PM
Hey y'all..
I made a transaction to another subsidiary wallet and I was charged with a high txn fees - the gas fee was as high as $11 and I reduced it through an enabling tool on TW.. mind you, the weight and size of this dustcoin is 450 and 195 respectively.
The problem now is, the txn has been pending for over 11 hours now and I had to use VIAbtc accelerator to quicken the confirmation process, only to be told that my adjusted gas fee is too low to be confirmed...

I was definitely looking for ways I could adjust back the gas fee and I stumbled on CPFP. I don't know how to initialize that to correct the fees and so on but I need your help!! Is there a way out???
Edit: I meant to say "tnx fees" not gas fees

6  Other / Meta / These degenerates don't wanna quit.. is there a way out? on: November 24, 2023, 08:14:17 PM
I've seen several hack cases and it's not even funny how a user would be up, day and night just to create a reputation and it's taken away just in a moment; apparently, it becomes a mask to this deluders - AND NOBODY FUCKING DOES ANYTHING ABOUT IT??

The vulnerability of every account doesn't depend on the people behind them - it depends on the site itself...IF IT'S NOT SAFE, THEN ITS NOT WORTH DOING AT ALL!!!!! I remember a time when I thought of initiating the "secret question" and I was told it doesn't do any good, it only exposes the account the more...  what do I do then? It wouldn't be nice if this happens and my name is soiled for whatever unjust course....
I believe you see everything in here and you'll definitely see this; GIVE US 2FA THEYMOS... !!!!!
Edit: signing a massage on my with my address?? Does that help?

7  Economy / Reputation / An awoken problem on: October 27, 2023, 08:51:12 PM
If y'all can tell, I don't really make 'em posts except there is actually a substantial reason for that... It could be based on my prerogative atimes but, this is it;
Lightlord left the forum for a very long time and nobody fuckin' gave a shit about it.... The speculations behind that was pretty vague; some said he' was very sick and his health was deteriorating slowly, some said he actually disappeared just about the time he was supposed to remit the monthly funds to his then campaign manager, cryptopreneurbrainboss who's still his manager today...some weren't even able to reachout to him and they all bitterly complained about how his silence meant "treachery" to them.
I mean, no one was just gonna assume he's dead over the time he wasn't active... I HAVE THREE QUESTIONS TO ALL THIS.. I WASN'T A PARTICIPANT IN ANY OF HIS CAMPAIGNS BUT I'M WORRIED.
* Has lightlord made any post of reconcilation/acknowledgement on what exactly happened within the space of time he's been inactive??
* What's it with all this one-liner posting pattern of the participants in BITVEST signature CAMPAIGN??
* Has anyone noticed that most accounts on those campaigns were inactive during the period the campaign collapsed?
* Has anyone also noticed that they all suddenly became active from the very day the campaign was re-announced?... If these accounts aren't possible Alts, how were they pre-informed when they weren't active themselves??... Does it make any sense?..lol

8  Economy / Gambling discussion / Peer pressure as a substantial gambling catalyst. on: August 08, 2023, 02:39:20 AM
Let's talk about the experiences y'all had prior your adoption time ( the time you realized you're supposed to begin gambling and, if possible - take good advantage of the casino itself) ... alright we all know that alot of things could sound so convincing atimes - and that could possibly make anyone go for a highlife or tryout new things beyond Thier capacity -  was there a time you read any article about some multi million wins and the person behind was someone of your age group??
"*Or a time you came across an ad on your cellphone where a person of your age was tryna enable you get on a site, with so many proves then that kinda like inspired you??
"*Or a time you got excitingly/awkwardly teased by a close friend for not wagering on the same game as they did, then it cuts??
"*Or a time you were offered a big tip to bet with(which clearly isn't your own funds?)?
P/s: that might not really be the main reasons you began gambling so hard but I believe that peers got alot of influence too,...many atimes, peeps that illicitly gamble are usually led up that 'em peers; let's learn from your experience too.

9  Economy / Gambling discussion / It's safe to say - gambling is a guy thing. on: August 02, 2023, 09:59:09 PM
Hey y'all...Seriously, I've been having this running through my mind.. maybe it's been discussed but this is on a diverse objective.
Why is it that we tend to have alot of men inclined and addicted to gambling than women? Is there any mystery guiding that?
I mean, You ain't gonna telme that everyone isn't roofed by this economic crises - both gender to speak of - so what's so special about men gambling?? Alot of cases has been reported several times too - and y'all end up realizing that MEN are usually involved in very many critical cases... What's that validating? That men are really taking the whole thing personal??

10  Other / Beginners & Help / A little questioning on the lightning network co-operation. on: July 05, 2023, 11:14:43 PM
...I wanna try out the lightning network today -say, using bluewallet.io, how do I generate the deposit request first of all?? ...hold on a sec; does it actually creates ,stores and process transactions on a separate Blockchain? Or does it prioritize the action that miners avail themselves more to transactions coming through the lightning network on the mempool that 'em usual 6 confirmations??!
Secondly, do y'all have other suitable wallets to recommend? I mean something with a more simpler operational method? Yeah?
Thirdly, how big does 0.00028190 BTC seem to be on a 40 dollar tnx?is it  less on the lightning network?
Lastly, does every wallet supports the lightning Co-operation? Or is it made feasible to some preferred cold wallets?
P/S: are these part of the lightning network FAQ? Please, Redirect me if this questios have been answered already.

11  Economy / Gambling discussion / Virtual bug? on: July 04, 2023, 09:52:31 PM
I work for a casino house a couple of years ago - I could make a serial reference since it's been said in most of my post here.
Alright,?? Cashiers were assigned to manage the activities and book on desired games for all validated customers, but i normally noticed something very displeasing - sometimes, I felt bad for any gambler that lost in that same way and It looked to me like a kinda "money heist" program.
Here is it; A gambler could bet on correct scores - mind you, this all happens only in Virtual games - let's say, 3-0 and, since the games are being displayed on screens for them to confirm Thier winnings, it could even happen that the game stops at the 82nd minute, maybe with a 2-0 score, but once it rules out and updates the scores on the score sheets,.what we all see is 2-5...
Now the question is, how can 5 goals from the away teams be scored in barely a time to blink?? Could that have supposed to mean something different? Maybe a bug? Or is it some sort of misprogramming?

* Loan amount: 200 Dollars (in worth of btc) that'll be .0098 - right??
* Loan purpose: personal
* Period: 1 month a week
* Repayment will be instalmental; the BTC (bech 32) address of anyone interested will be added to Trustdice campaign spreadsheet and will receive payment for 5 and a half weeks( starting from next week). Bringing it to a Total of 220 Dollars. The rest of week six payment must be refunded to my specified address. That'll be fair enough.

Anyone interested should please notify so I'd pm my address. We could discuss further on your CONs

14  Economy / Reputation / .. becoming a legendary-SHe (rhythmical) on: October 02, 2022, 12:43:15 PM
Hey y'all, I have been looking up to this and I got it finally.
Three things happened at the same pace;
* I got ranked as a full member(with a good merit to activity ratio according to MALEK et JAY)
* My country celebrated its independence
* I got accepted by Hhampuz ...... Could all these be like, a coincidence? Yeah?😄

Note: This is not made to BEG-for-MERIT; that was why I refuse to celebrate myself when I became a member cus I wouldn't want anyone to feel I'm begging for merit and that's the LAST THING I'D DO.

I didn't wanna call out names in appreciation but, that'll look really 'mean' to them. For that reason,I won't forget to thank THE CHYMIST, NotATheter, JAY JUAN GEE, EXEMPLENS, LoGitech MOUSE, BRAINBOSS, PHilipMa, PMaLEK and the rest that I'd love to mention if I had a longer script. I'm making this in form of a rhyme at EVERY SENTENCE END. something I wrote down ever since I was a jrn member

here is it
* some hours in the late 21, I got an account
* was sick all day so I left it some days to count
* finally I'm back, I've got a price to pay, what's the amount🤷
* it ain't fungible, just sacrificing some time to mount

* took up forums rules , well yeah, I was probably late
* plagiarism and spamming became, but to newbies as a bait 🎣
* though these rules and getting perma-ban from the forum had something to relate
* yeah? Each time anyone from any rank got perm-banned, the rest were left to their fate☹️

* DT members, driven with static potentials are hunting phishers et spammers, I'd say they deserve kudos and even some more accolades 👏
* Theymos, the undisputable has overworked himself, day and night, swaying these assholes in a dungeon, sip some chocolates
* maybe you'll think I copied this from somewhere? Make your research and you'll realize, she formulates
* I've done what I know how to do best so if you think I'm merit-begging, check my history or consider it some fucking postulates

* finally, I ranked up, been dreaming of these all day and it means alot to me 🥺
* feel sorry for those that left, the likes of vod, lauda, SATOSHI himself and also my mon-ami😣
* even more sorry for the ones who were lowered six-feet dip, BECKY,HAL, I'm sorry mate, life got two columns, after A you've got a column B😓
* I'm sad and happy at the same time. Haven't really seen femmes ranking lately,so I wanna become a legendary- shE .

I understand that it's a discussion site just like bitcointalk but my Point of confusion is;
Is the site gonna replace bitcointalk or is that gonna be a new name?
If it's another platform entirely, are we all still gonna register there?
What is this platform gonna be about? Bitcoin?

Please, I need answers cus honestly, it's something I dunno.
No insults, please.

16  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Brain-bug: Open Asset Protocol on: August 30, 2022, 05:21:22 PM
I have had alot of controversies over the last one but I have decided to share this one;

P/s: I'm a tutor and I add everything I learn to my tutoring scheme ofcourse, that's how it works. For this reason, I will really be pleased if every reply is properly ascertain💆
Section 1:
Assets are pseudonymously represented by iDs i came to realize that even though this asset have IDs, the anonymity is maintained. These definitely means that asset don't have any prior means of recognition or identification without their IDs which, ofcourse has to be hashed by the issuer, using an already generated privkey right? I need more clarity.

Q1
  • Quote
The ID of an asset is the RIPEMD-160 hash of the SHA-256 hash of the output script referenced by the first input of the transaction that initially issued that asset (script_hash = RIPEMD160(SHA256(script)))

    Q2
The integer or ID itself is a product of a SHA256 hash in reference to an input that initially issued that asset? Is this supposed to mean that if an asset came from a different source entirely, that it references are recorded for intermediary trnxs or what?  Huh
  • what if an output for the assets were being sent out to the receiver for the first time which will mean having no reference, how then are the integers or IDs hashed?

Section 2:
The maker output starts with an OP_RETURN opcode but it must contain PUSHDATA opcodes containing a parsable Open Assets marker payload. If multiple parsable PUSHDATA opcodes exist in the same output, the first one is used, and the other ones are ignored.

Q3:
• i haven't really run SHA256 hashes on mainet so I don't know if PUSHDATA produces the same random figures on different trnx? That's not true right?
•Are those PUSHDATA some compacted replicable codes so for that reason, anyone of them could function?
• if at the tail end,one phase of the code serves, what's the point of replication then? security?
Lastly, someone made a post bout OP_RETURN weeks ago(should be @NotAtheter, @ETFbitcoin or @blackHatCoiner?) if only I can vividly remember.... The OP was curious bout main function of OP_RETURN; the above should serve as one major function☺️

Sorry if the whole thing is cumbersome....feel free to drop your ideas cus I LEARN AS I TEACH.

17  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Has anyone really tested bitcrack during brute Forcing?! on: August 06, 2022, 01:48:29 PM
Hey community Embarrassed
I'm very ill,not for some petty sentiments for real;dunno if feminism has anything to do with that😔  ..anyways that's on the contrary.
I teach people too so don't blame me if I'm a little skeptical..
Priv keys are the gateway to unlock or transact Sats; I have also seen some peeps wearing avatars with 'NOT YOUR KEYS,NOT YOUR COIN' indited on it.

The standard privkey is a 256bit: 0x01 and 0xFFFF FFFF FFFF FFFF FFFF FFFF FFFF FFFE BAAE DCE6 AF48 A03B BFD2 5E8C D036 4140 .. it runs on its range of secp256k1 ECDSA right?
Now I have learnt that in order to make mistakes, WIF(wallet import format) could help the whole stress,of which it runs on base58Check. well thats not the point, just had to detail out atleast someone could get the fact that I understand maybe a little..
Mini privkeys
I wanted to understand how it's calculated and I was told that when the there's a product,if the very first byte results to `00', it's well calculated.
Question:
+Since the SHA256 hash is calculated just by the selection process of random numbers, which forms a polynomial and prolly an interger, what's the probability of getting an `00' just by choosing at random?
+ Why is the generation of priv and public keys from bitcoin address archaic but the elliptic curve multiplication and the hash function can rather be used symmetrically? Which looks like the best way for a derivatives
ECDSA ; this should be my next topic
I'm not really sound though 🥺
Thanks for response and infact, I really need alot of opinions cus I need to learn ahead.

18  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / I couldn't escape this P2P network enigma on: July 28, 2022, 11:27:57 PM
Hey there, I'm confused and stressed at the same time Huh
I don't really know why HODLing Bitcoin is simple, but the technical part of it becomes a 'hard nut to crack'; this is prolly the same thing achow said yesterday or maybe I have a lighter brain?
I'm currently tutoring kids in school since I took it upon myself to add BTC to thier scheme (though I took some prior permissions from the school mgn team )also running adolescents on BITCOIN THEORY...I made that exclusively for close doors lectures anyways 🙂

I have understood that nodes are sub-divided into full nodes, archival and pruned nodes and they all work dependently on each other, alright? Now based on the fact that the whole network ensures utmost security and freedom which is one of the main reasons why Bitcoin is in existence; here is it
+ I have learnt that in running a P2P tnx, since it's impossible to know the IP address to any active fullnode, you'll need to hardcode DNS seeds into a fullnode and an SPV client right??
   questions
The whole problem is; since it's possible for a  random node on default to be connected to the network, why are fullnodes not just made on standby so other subsidiary nodes could connect on thier diverse command?
+ I have also read that other nodes(unspecified) can be added to the developed DNS seed only if they're running on a default port for mainnet and testnet; if a subsidiary node which is not of this default port (and cannot creat a DNS seed on its own)wants to connect, can it?
Confusing right? Well, thanks to anyone who can help!

19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Famous bitcoin critics stopped for non-compliance with FIAT on: July 09, 2022, 11:02:34 PM
I have always observed that overtime, anything good is subject to adoption; this is applicable to everycase and there are no exceptions...
Earlier today I had this information on Twitter and some fringe on the web; this is about the famous bitcoin critics, Peter Schiff who has formerly discriminated bitcoin and made assumptions to his own discretion about  bitcoin being a failure, has officially confessed that he would rather prefer to sell his bank for bitcoin if that could help his customers.
https://ibb.co/cXgRKpZ

https://ibb.co/8DwqQWS

I was surprised when I learnt that he also advised that anyone who is banking is afraid of bankrupt, inflation or probably collapsing entirely but in bitcoin, only the market value deteriorates. Schiff,a prominent American financial analyst took Euro's Pacific bank as his store of value, not until he was stopped for not complying to the net minimum requirements in Puerto Rico; with these, several customers accounts were freezed. This compromise almost led to the liquidation of the whole funds, for the mere alleged fact of money laundering and tax evasion.
That is when crypto enthusiasts, recalled the economists of his statements that cryptocurrencies are scam and traditional finance.Nayib bukele, current president of El-salvador gave some useful advise which became a kinda mockery after the reprisal. I will always keep saying this;  nobody will adopt what he/she doesn't comprehend, that's impossible especially when it comes to stock in value. I believe investors that have changed thier perception today is based on what they have heard, learnt, seen and done practically about bitcoin; I'm happy,a great deal because El-salvador has started off something great, who knows if it will be United States next.

20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / What if the conception Is for a diverse preference? on: July 06, 2022, 12:50:19 AM
This post isn't based on my feelings or mindset but on the timid ones that can't speak thier mind. I call it VOICE OF THE PEOPLE
I'd like to say big thanks to the rulership of Theymos and his team on board.

We've only been following some pro's and con's, apparently it's been over a decade that someone, cloaked in the name 'Satoshi',came forth with this wonderful but indicisive coinage.
I have seen several content about Bitcoin's atrophy and that of course has given so many Protestants the guts to laugh with thier mouth agape; sometimes the whole mockery, coupled with the facts that Bitcoin is still in its crescent and also the fringe losses that's experienced after every DIP,makes it incredible for  NEWBIES
✓ I mean what's the point? Keeping it decentralized without a purpose is futile, don't you get it?  I have been asked series of questions and I sometimes wonder if I'm leading people Into doing the right thing.
N/B y'all are participating just as we do, with a common motive so I don't think anyone is sure enough, though having predetermined motives are imperative but does it really matter when this dude's unknown or sometimes presumed?! Only curious

✓ I know  naysayers won't stop criticism, but that doesn't have anything to do with Bitcoin being irrefutable! These are the reasons why most times, people say shitty stuffs on web and the rich and interested ones who could possibly sink In much more than the regular would begin to grow apathetic , and why? You keep asking why Bitcoin falls? You should understand that clearly; this isn't an individual stuff(maybe that's the reason for the decentralization) people keep pulling out alot of money and nobody is saying anything and why?
Sometimes,it seems like a gamble but the thoughts are countered instantly for the fact that it's been running for more that a decade now.
The whole fact is based on irregularities and that's not gonna cut it! I believe that's one of the reasons why Goldman Sachs     was on a great doubt, recovers quickly overtime and still decided to try; Technically, there's still alot to be done!
