1  Economy / Services / Designed product to put real estate on a blockchain need full developer. on: November 25, 2021, 03:44:13 AM
Hello Bitcoiners.
I'm a Senior Mechanical Engineer of Plastic Injection Molds like the Clorox Wipes Lid and Gillette Mach 3 Cartridge, plus many others thru the years and a past Real Estate Broker in OC California that designed a flat fee commission online Brokerage Company in 2004 when Facebook was first released and I designed a Product that would put Income Real Estate on a Blockchain. Currently, I have a company and token with the company 90% designed. I've only spent the money for the domain names so it's just the time that I've invested. I would love to put it on or next to the Bitcoin blockchain, if it's even possible, but that is out of my purview. I'm looking for a Dev who would be interested in 49% Ownership of the company to do the full stack, dApp and website and marry it as I have. This will produce income as soon as the coin could be sold 85% of every dollar at a minimum will be spent on real estate. I don't really want iy on want to put it on Ethereum or Binance. But it's the Dev choice after we discuss it. I think Ethereum is the future MySpace of the Crypto World. I would love to do a Zoom Meeting with any Devs that would be interested in hearing the whole story. This project will help tenants by giving them a chance at gaining some wealth while renting and take away from JP Morgan and BlackRock. It will make the world a better place. This is no dog coin. I've worked on it for a year and have a 12 page Whitepaper for the product, the real estate half. DM me to discuss in more detail. I know there are a million projects trying to get Devs for some percentage of the company instead of salary, but that's why I'm offering basically half the pie. I think that's fair. Thanks.
Todd
