2  Bitcoin / Hardware / SP10 Ignites!!! SP-T responds with lightning speed! on: March 01, 2015, 10:40:14 PM
I have 2 SP10's, 1 was a slow corner the other a fast corner model. Today I found the fast corner idol, upon reboot I noticed a strange glow coming from the intake. Yep she was a blaze, intake temps are 29c as always so it was not excessive heat, looks like the advertisement as a "professional" piece of equipment was ALL hype. At less then 10 months of operations and she is up in smoke, to date I have 30 antMiner products NOT a single fire yet. SP-T has joined the ranks of "Fire-starters"..  Ugh what a let down, there goes buying a SP31 and now I have to worry about my remaining SP10 and SP20.

Pics to come, have to feed the family before tear down.

6  Economy / Scam Accusations / FREE Miners, BFL, antMiner, KNC, all makes.. Free on: August 10, 2014, 05:49:16 PM
How To Get used cheap/free hardware.

Go onto ebay, choose any listing but it now or auction, WIN the listing $$ is no object bid it up!

When you receive that equipment message seller to discuss a "problem", does not matter the reason try; Low hash, will not power up, smells funny, etc... Seller will most likely offer a refund/replacement, GREAT. Now just mine for the next 28 days, then file claim with ebay "CS" in the resolution center and request "Full Refund", after 3 days escalate the claim and eBay will issue a RMA and sometimes even front you the shipping. You can usually get a few more days of mining before returning equipment. 3 days after return delivery to seller, eBay will transfer funds and they go after the seller. So for the "cost" of a traceable shipment you can get 30+ days of hash.

The best thing EBAY will support you in the action 100% forcing the seller to accept equipment back (or even empty boxes Smiley )

Ah eBay -- A Pirates life for me..

p.s. Above depicts actions taken against my business, thousands lost trying to spread the BTC network. Scumbags are getting thick in here!

Sellers Beware!

8  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Anyone see the video of an "operational" Bitmine.ch 1 TH/s CoinDesk? on: February 12, 2014, 07:29:28 PM
Video looks GREAT!..  That is until you look closer and notice the WU/m for the "200 GH/s" modules, 2-300???

http://bitmine.ch/?p=5176

I have an antMiner which is OC'd to 200 GH/s and it runs at a solid 2849 WU/m their rate appears to be more in line with 20 GH/s, IS this video a FRAUD!!! Have they altered cgminer to display 21.3 GH/s as 213 GH/s, printf(10*X)?

anyone?
