1  Economy / Gambling discussion / Logan Paul Vs Dillon Dannis and KSI vs Tommy Fury Today! Oct 14th on: October 14, 2023, 04:33:37 PM
How are we feeling about Logan Paul Vs Dillon Dannis and KSI vs Tommy Fury Today

The main card is due to begin at 7pm BST (11am PT, 1pm CT, 2pm ET). Paul vs Danis is likely to take place at around 10.30pm BST (2.30pm PT, 4.30pm CT, 5.30pm ET), with ring walks for KSI vs Fury expected at 11.30pm BST (3.30pm PT, 5.30pm CT, 6.30pm ET).

First fight is KSI vs Tommy Fury

I would think Tommy Fury wins this one. I could be wrong as KSI actually moves really good. Interesting matchup, also a lot of passion in it.

Main Fight Logan Paul Vs Dillon Dannis

I dont even know who to bet on this one. As bad as this sounds, Logan looks way better movement wise.

The trashtalk on Twitter has been epic tho! No matter who wins, the other is going to need to eat a lot of humble pie!
2  Economy / Gambling discussion / [WARNING] Crypto casino scam on teh move again. on: September 25, 2023, 12:21:27 PM
I saw a thread made by @Coin_trader and i thought id share a scam i have seen popping up again aswell. This has happened 4 times in the last 2 weeks, so im guessing the same group/individual is at it again.

What it looks like:

A account will contact you on one of the social platforms or apps. (For me it has happened on Twitter, Telegram and Discord). The account will often have a tag or something related to the casino they "represent" and act as a dissapointed employee/mod.

They will approach you and say something like this: Hey, i have seen you on gambling telegram or in a casinos chat room and i have a deal for you. They offer you an "exploit" that would allow you to win easily but they want 30% in return. They often offer screenshots etc of admin panel and so on.

They then give you a link to a casino and ask you to deposit there. BUT in reality, they control the casino and once you deposit, the money is theirs. And you have been scammed.

This happened to a friend of mine aswell a few weeks ago, and he fell for it (small loss luckily). As he went to withdraw, they asked for his KYC aswell. So not only can you loose all your money, they get your ID aswell.

In short, be careful out there. Crooks are getting creative.
3  Economy / Gambling discussion / Crypto Gambling Sites and Bug/Exploit Reporting and Rewards. on: September 13, 2023, 05:10:31 PM
Ill start this off by saying that i do basic security testing as a hobby for exchanges and for casinos. And dealing with most crypto related casinos/exchanges frustrates me so much that it makes me want to quit regularily (and i do, i just come back after a while).

There are several casinos that fall into the categories below that are currently on Bitcointalk. Some even have active exploits that have not been fixed simply because the casino operator can not be asked to reply to the email they provided for such reports.

IF you operate an exchange/casino or any other service, especially if you deal with crypto/money or anything that has value. Please have a clear and easily accessable documentation/policy about bugs and exploits.

Currently what i see is:

1) Many exchanges and casinos just ignore the bug/exploit reports. They then fix them and pretend they did not even exist. OR they will tell you that they "knew" about it already. (but somehow still kept the casino running till the exact point where they were made aware of the exploit and then promptly taken offline). - IF THIS IS YOUR POLICY. Please state this clearly in your documentation.

2) Often Casinos and Exchanges treat critical issues as if they were minor or non-existent. A bug that can clearly drain ALL of your wallets gets a bounty of 50-100$. This just shows the lack of care for the safety of your users funds. Often these sites also delay the fixing of issues as usually the Dev who works on the site is either new or has been outsourced and only works on the site once a week or so.

3) Very rarely do i see sites that show actual appreciation for somneone finding the exploit and reporting it. Maybe 1 in 5 if lucky. Probably closer to 1 in 7.

Please. IF You operate a site that deals with user funds/gambling or know someone who does. Have them set up a documentation.

1) Let the user know how to report the bug/exploit or any issue found. - Make it easy to find, dont burry it deep into TOS
2) Give estimations or at least a rough idea what a bug might be worth to you. - Even if you dont reward users for it, that is fine aswell. Just state it clearly.
3) Respond to these types of issues in a timely manner. -  so often i wait for days on a critical report.

This type of transparency will benefit everyone. Users will be more safe with extra testing. People who find exploits are less likely to exploit if they know they can be compensated for the find. The industry overall will benefit from this.

6  Economy / Scam Accusations / Another YOBIT SCAM accusation. on: March 12, 2017, 12:27:49 PM
I did not want to open a scam accusation but this seems to be the only way of contacting this exchange.

I made a withdrawal of IEC from YoBit in 2016.02.13 (yes that is more than a year ago).
By now the chain of IEC has already died. It worked back then.

I have sent 5 support requests or maybe even more to get the coin withdrawal cancelled and funds credited back to the account. To this day it has not happened. It seems the support requests were never even opened.

What i would like is the withdrawal to be cancelled and coins credited back to the account.

7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Want to RENT NVIDIA mining Rig/Rigs (WTB Hashing Power) on: March 06, 2017, 10:22:22 AM
I am looking to rent some NVIDIA mining rigs (any NVIDIA gpu can be offered).

What i need:

*Algo i am interested in is Blake2s
*I will need it for around 1 day to 3 month (if all goes to shit then it is 1 day, if all goes well, we can run it for a month or even longer.)

*Make me an offer, how much do you want to to get per day. I will pay in Bitcoin.
*We can make payments daily or weekly. If there is an option to list it on miningrig rentals then we can use that also (not sure if they support blake2s however)
*If the rig goes down, how will you compensate?

*I would need some way of communicating. Skype or here on forum via pm.

If anyone is interested let me know in the thread or via PM

P.S If you have a single GPU that you wish to rent out (but it has to be working 24/7) then feel free to contact me also.

I am not sure how many GPU's combined i will need, i will decide once i see the offers.

If this is in the wrong section please move it but i really did not know where else to put it.
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Bitcoin really is going down the toilet. on: April 01, 2016, 03:02:39 PM
It really is getting ridiculous. When sending any meaningful amounts of BTC the TX's get ignored for hours, it has gotten so bad that at this point i would take any damn solution, call it Bip 9000 and have NSA put backdoors in it if you want but this god damn snail pace coin confirming needs to stop.
Someone make a service to push TX through, i would happily pay for it.

9  Other / Meta / Separate sub forum for "Signature Campaigns" on: March 08, 2015, 06:05:58 PM
Would it be possible to add a separate sub forum for "Signature campaigns" under "services" or "marketplace" ?
Right now when you are looking into the "services" section it is filled up with signature campaigns. if you try to find something else you need to dig through all of the sig topics (and since they are so popular) the service you want might be several pages back.

Since signature campaigns seem to be a big part of the marketing done on the forums and the threads have a high amount of activity i suggest we get them a separate sub forum. This way people who are looking for signature campaigns can look for them under "Signature Campaigns" and the people who are looking for services can find them without having to go through all the signature "services".

Looks like a win-win to me. (i have nothing against sig campaigns i just think they could be organized a little better in the forums)

11  Bitcoin / Project Development / Looking for an investor (Possibly a loan) Business opportunity on Bitcointalk on: December 22, 2014, 10:44:23 PM
First of all I do not know if it is the right section for the request/opportunity but ill post it here anyway.

I have been planing to open an advertising service here on Bitcointalk for a while now but never really had the time. So now that i have the time i find myself low on funds to get the ball rolling so this is where i turn to the community, services and possible loaners.

A quick word about myself: I have done internet marketing for many years, CPA, Affiliate marketing, Product marketing, Service marketing. Lately it has been going slow for me. I was ill for a while and it toke the motivation and finances i had.
I joined the Crypto-world in around May this year, i have been exploring the coins, getting used to the whole scene: Casinos, Dice sites, Altcoins, Currency Exchanges and various services.

The main issue i found: There not enough new blood! Its mostly the same people. We really need new users.

I have been exploring the market, running some silent tests, doing smaller scale promos and getting myself ready for the next step.

I am planing to launch a marketing service here on bitcointalk, if it goes according to plan, i might expand to other Crypto forums also.

About the service: I have contacts and ways of getting cheaper marketing than usual. This goes for all venues, PPC, PPV, Emails and so on. The traffic will come from Google, Bing, Facebook, Twitter, Reddit

I will say again, i would like it to be mostly about bringing in new users to Cryptos but it will work for the people using them also.
Who could use the service?

*Gambling - To get new players and New Investors. The service can get you referrals, so you do not need to be the owner to use the service. You can use it to get new referrals. Theres so many people willing to invest but the reality is they haven't thought of crypto-investing yet. Im sure there's plenty of people willing to invest in a trusted gambling site, rather than have their money sit in hyips or banks.
*Altcoins - Want to be known as the most known altcoin ? Need more publicity, new investors, want to create buzz about "The Nex Big Thing" This service allows you to do just that.
*Exchanges - Want to become the big exchange? Get new users to trade on your platform ? You can benefit from the service
*All others: You have a Game, Project, Forum or what ever planned. I can help you get traffic.

Best part is that you can pay for the service with Cryptos (most likely altcoins also)

There will be several packages available depending on what the user needs. Im also thinking of adding Facebook management service, Twitter, Reddit management and the whole social media aspect.

I really feel there is a need for a service like this on the forums. There's so many casinos, exchanges, services, Altcoins all looking for some traffic and exposure to a larger crowd.

I believe 2015 will be a big year. So lets make the most of it!

The service will launch in January.

This is where the Loan/Investment comes in.
I have done the research needed, i have the contacts, but i am lacking funds to get this off the ground.

If you find that you are interested in investing in this venture, please contact me via PM. We can discuss the terms the amount and if needed where it is spent. I wont add a number here as its rather liquid, meaning a smaller amount could do the trick but a larger investment opens more possibilities. We can settle on a % of profit (in this case i would rather have one investor but if needed i can have a few investors) or we can do the amount invested+%. Investing is obviously a risk but i am certain this will gain traction and the profit will be there for the investor. If for some reason the service does not get accepted here by the users, there's a backup plan which involves using the invested funds to do marketing in other venues, and profits will still go back to the investor.

I would rather not have it come to a loan but if need be i will ask for a loan. If i do not find an investor in a few days, ill add in a Loan request.

P.S Before the "Hate-Train" comes in. I believe cryptos are the way forward and i am here to stay. While i might not be the longest member, Im sure some of you know me as a honest person. I have helped several gambling sites and exchanges with problems.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask them here or via PM.
12  Other / Meta / Problems with posting on: June 13, 2014, 07:35:59 AM
Hey, im new here. Been lurking around for a while and now subscribed to the forum.

I wanted to reply to a thread but first it told me i already posted 360 sec ago which i clearly did not.
And after i waited about 10 minutes i tried to post again, getting the message that i had already posted the reply (i changed it around a little bit).

Anyone else with the same problems ? What should i do to get it sorted ?
