42  Economy / Services / Rehabilitation, stress reduction with Tai Chi. Decentralized health maintenance. on: May 11, 2013, 06:09:19 PM
Hello, I would like to offer my services as a Tai Chi instructor.  I have been practicing for over ten years, teaching at a local college about half of that.  The overall change in health has been quite amazing for those who put the effort in.  If you or someone you know wants to take control of their health, then Tai Chi is perfect.

Personally, I have found mainstream healthcare lacking.  Not only do we sit sometimes for hours just to see someone, often the best that can be done is to refer us to a pharmaceutical company.  Of course in many cases this is necessary, I am not advising people to never see a mainstream health care professional.

We do need to strike a balance.  Where in our system is the preventive medicine?  It is rare and only for specific instances.

I will work with people to create a routine based on each individuals needs, evolving as changes occur.  The end goal being that you understand what you are doing well enough that you can continue to practice on your own.

I hope that anyone who is interested will ask questions.  There are many ways to find if Tai Chi is right for a person, contact your physician if you have any concerns.  Much has been written and recorded online too.

I hope to hear from you.

How do you get your site listed in the "Sites that accept Bitcoin" portion of the wiki linked to on the main page?
I'm not sure if mine would fit into any existing sections, or would be appropriate for the page, but have been wondering.
thanks
46  Economy / Economics / Inflation Poll on: July 24, 2011, 01:12:25 AM
Remember before you post that the US economy is one of the strongest in the world, and until that trust is broken....

Though also there are political games being played with the credit rating, and we watch the debt climb to amazing levels.

Join me for stress relief, rehabilitation, and self defence.  Tai Chi is based in one of the oldest medical traditions, but do just a small amount of research and you will find it is on the cutting edge of science.

I am used to teaching a variety of people with different needs.  All are welcome.  Tai Chi works as well for those who cannot leave their bed, as it does for olympic medal winners.

email me familycircletaichi@google.com if you have any questions

Investigators are saying things like, "No outside involvement."  "Appears to have died of natural causes."

I just ordered a 6950 and a new box.  The power supply says it has  4 x 6+2-Pin.  I don't know what the +2 means, but I assume this will be a separate connector on the same line.  The motherboard has 2 PCI E slots, but it just read they are 2.0 and the video card is 2.1.  Does this mean an instant return?
Ok did my research, looks like that is fine, but I'm not seeing if I'll lose anything by not having the newest connection.  Will it nerf my GPU?
I haven't built a computer in a long time.  I'm not sure how to count the wattage for these new huge video cards, I'm pretty sure since it has the connections it would be able to handle a second 6950 if I got it, especially at 750 watts, but I figured I'd ask since I'm here.
In the hardware comparison wiki it has 6950 x 4 as an option, does x2 do well?
Thanks
