1  Economy / Scam Accusations / Bustabit.com owner @Devans False ban and unnecessary locking of funds. on: January 15, 2023, 05:34:47 PM
Hello. I'm not really accusing daniel for scamming but rather just an unnecessary locking of my funds every time I deposit for 3 months. This post is an attempt to get his attention since he never responds on email.

I've been playing on bustabit since 2020, around 2 years and a couple months to be specific. Bustabit was the first time I ever gambled in my life, and as a result, since I had never even really watched gambling, I didn't expect to lose practically every time so I got really upset every time it happened. Daniel's response to this anger he saw me display in chat was to indefinitely ban me for the reason: "Problem gambler". This is simply false. I try to voice this to him every time but he just blanks my messages. I understand why he believes this, due to the fact that the emotional attatchment I displayed to the money I was playing with, but the honest truth is I was just new and wasn't farmiliar with the feeling of losing. Ever since this ban, which happened about one and a half years ago, I have continued playing peacefully (No display of anger or upset in chat) on accounts made with VPN's to bypass the ban. I've now been gambling pretty regularly for 2 years, and as a result, lost the emotional attatchment to money that I had during the early stages of gambling. I accept that when I lose I lose, I keep emotions to myself when winning as well.

However, every time I get caught, my ability to bet AND withdraw gets locked. Betting is permanent and I am only able to withdraw after 3 months every single time I get caught. This is frustrating because every time, I am peacefully playing minding my own business, just enjoying his site. Every time I ask why, I get the response "You are indefinitely banned for being a problem gambler". I ask him "What do I need to do to prove that you're wrong? I will show ID's, bank statements, anything to prove that I'm playing with affordable amounts". And he never responds.

Daniel, I am asking you now. Tell me what you need to see. The reason for my ban is objectively false and I will prove it to you. Respond to this and I'll reply with photo evidence of anything you request. Just give me a second chance. I haven't caused any problems at all since before the initial banning from around 16 months ago. You have no reason to be strict. The ban reason is false and I can absolutely prove it to you.

On a second note, assuming you're just going be the strict fucker you always are and deny my offer to prove your ban reason is false, and keep me banned, at least just let me withdraw. There are 2 accounts, TDWW and TDWW2 that you locked. Ideally however, I'd like you to accept my invitation to see proof that I can afford what I'm playing with

I beg you just dont fucking respond with the usual copy pasted "You are banned indefinitely, any funds you deposit will be locked for 3 months". Just let me show you evidence, then once you see it, give me a second chance to play without having to be undercover.

I trust you will do the right thing and let me prove my innocence to you. I was really stupid back then with the rage I had whenever I lost all, but you need to understand I was new to gambling and wasn't yet used to the feeling of losing money.
2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Scammed but I can't imagine how it is possible. on: January 12, 2023, 11:31:10 PM
I recently decided to switch to Exodus to recieve, send and hold my crypto. So I make an account earlier today. The password I use is completely unique to any password I've used anywhere else. I wrote it on a piece of paper, not digitally. The security phrases were also of course, completely unique, which I also wrote on a piece of physical paper. Throughout this process, there was absolutely no potential for anyone to have seen in any way as I was the only person in the room at the time and I am the only human on earth to have seen the pieces of paper. This alone rules out the potential for it to have been a malware attack, but to be certain that there was no malware like a keylogger, I ran malware bytes and avast, both of which came up with 0 detections. Not a single other human could know my password and phrases. and there is no malware on my computer at all. I make my first deposit into this brand new wallet, quite literally about 30 seconds after I created it. 10 minutes later, the BTC comes through as pending, and before it's even cleared and fully through, someone or something else CPFP'S it to a different wallet address, not owned by me. How is this physically possible to have happened? My only thought of how was that maybe it was an internal issue with exodus, but they are reluctant to give a clear answer on whether this is the case.

TXID of me sending the BTC in from an external exchange: 6968ae58150feef12af762f3709c38cc4493f94a6581c458bcb715b8f6561f04
TXID of the BTC being sent out: c25143fa3315b51861f0644200e24f6ce25d6b4127e2a98d99c008d2b110480b

I'd appreciate anyone who is good with crypto to explain any possibilities of how this could have happened. I don't exaggerate when I say it is literally impossible for any other human to have found out my password and phrases at all letalone in the 2 minute period between making them and depositing. I have 0 malware detections and none of the details are digitally stored. They haven't been seen by any other person in real life either.

I'd also appreciate anyone who knows whether this type of stuff is even able to be traced. It's not a big enough sum of money for anyone to care about but it's all I had in my bank so if anyone's able to find out how the breach happened or who/what took it, it would be greatly appreciated
3  Economy / Gambling / SEARCHING FOR OPINIONS ON A CRASH GAMBLING SITE IDEA on: May 22, 2022, 06:50:53 PM
I've been thinking about making a crash gambling site for a while, the same idea as ethercrash.io and bustabit.com.

I'm searching for opinions and responses to a few questions:

1) Would you be interested in investing in the game's bankroll if I got the site registered and provably fair? (The same way that people invest into BAB and EC)
2) Would you be interested in playing the site if I made it?
3) What cryptocurrency should the site accept?
4) What types of features should I add to interest people to join?

The primary factor that the site depends on is whether people would be interested in investing into it's bankroll. Exactly the same as the current leading crash gambling sites ethercrash and bustabit, the site will require investors in the bankroll for money to be winnable by players. If this is unclear or you do not understand, I will give a brief explanation:

There is an area of the site where you can invest and divest 'x' amount of cryptocurrency into the bankroll of the site. This essentially means that if players lose, you will gain money on your investment, but if players win, you will lose money on your investment. Functions like any other investment, except it's on a gambling site and depends on player's winnings or losses. It will be divestable at any time, with low commision.

I would greatly appreciate any responses to the 4 questions I asked. Many thanks!

[EDIT] I just want to say here that I appreciate all critisim and responses since there is a cooldown and I can't type a response to all of you individually. Thank you all
