This is an alert that I have seen in rare threads and one of them is 10 years old.
"Warning: One or more bitcointalk.org users have reported that they believe that the creator of this topic displays some red flags which make them high-risk. (Check their trust page to see the detailed trust ratings.) While the bitcointalk.org administration does not verify such claims, you should proceed with extreme caution."
My question: What means "While the bitcointalk.org administration does not verify such claims"

The talk was about avoiding trolls and I don't remember the name of the software. Can someone help?

When it was noticed somewhere that a real sequence of numbers with 8 decimals had been different from the expected,
it was understood that the deviation from previsions came from
- rounding up decimal numbers that were on halfway between two others
- while certain system rounded them down.

In "Withdrawal of BTC", an Exchange informs that it
"supports all BTC address types"
and details:
- BECH32 (started with bc1) and - SegWit (starts with numbeer 3)
without mention to
- Legit adresses (started by 1).
So, I do not know if that site really can send BTC to a adresses started by 1.
Question:
Sites that can
send BTC to a addresses started by 3
can also always
send BTC to adresses started by 1?
or
there is, eventually, misinformation in such a site (Exchange))
Thanks. I do not mean to say names.

Basic data is real and my question is genuine, but it is poorly informed.
In ##/##/202#, when someone was surprised with the high speed of an operation with BTC, was told that the mempool was almost empty and that miners use to give priority to high amounts and their inherent comissions.
Either insights or suggestions for study are welcome.

In the Separator
Freebitco / More / Rewards / Reward Point Prizes / Wheel of Fortune Bonus / 5 WOF spins - Roll
you can redeeem, for example,
4,500 RP for 5 WOF spins / Roll per hour during 24 hours.
After that, you can read Free FTC Separator: Active bonus 5 free WOF spins ends in 23h:59m:50s
Yesterday, I have done that and, surprisingly to me, about 4 hours later, I have noticed that I wasn't receiving the WOF any more and, even more surprisingly, I could repeat the redeeming. So, I could be sure that something had been wrong
In abstract, what is this about?
