What happened:: A scammer shared my facebook profil pic and told me that i'm the lucky winner of 30 Dash. Of course i felt the scam and i decided to click on the link: they are asking me for my Dash private key   They also shared the profil pics of many users in order to try to scam them. What happened:: I think that i found a scammer that is promoting his exchange plateform by using different alternatives accounts to flood the same messages on the forum and to make people thinking that his exchange is good (if it's a good exchange then why only fake accounts are promoting it ?)

Hello, few years ago on this forum someone gave me a negative "trusted" feedback for nothing. It doesn't appear on my profile until today... (it was in "untrusted feedback" before)

Bonjour, je développe actuellement un projet et je vais devoir stocker les bitcoins ainsi que d'autres cryptomonnaies de mes utilisateurs sur un de mes serveurs, je voulais savoir si c'est bon avec la loi Française (le fait de stocker les cryptomonnaies des autres sur mes serveurs) car je ne trouve pas d'information ? Dois-je déclaré quelque chose ? sans parler de plus-value et tout ça, juste le stockage.

Et si je met une fonctionnalité pour que les gens puisse également échanger des cryptomonnaie contre d'autre (pas de monnaie fiduciaire), là encore y'a t-il quelque chose de spécial à déclaré ? un genre de licence à acquérir ? un droit ? Ce n'est pas pour faire une plateforme d'échange à la base donc cette fonctionnalité je m'en fiche un peu c'est surtout la première question qui m'intéresse.

EDIT: je vous conseille de déménager si vous avez un projet comme le mien et aussi de faire une entreprise offshore légale, car il y a trop de papier en France et de vérification farfelu donc j'ai décidés de faire mon projet à l'étranger d'autant plus que je ne suis pas toujours en France.
