Hello APEX Community,

We have been in contact with several well known multipool operators, as well as some people who can implement Tor (The Onion Router) protocol into APEX. Ideally, we will likely have both in time. However, with the recent drop in price, we only have enough to pursue one first, then the other after the price rises. Alternatively, we can use the 100k that has been set aside. We wanted to hear the community's thoughts before making a final decision.

Should we pursue the multipool first, Tor later? Tor first, multipool later? Or just do both and use the 100k? Let us know what you think!

Let us know! This will ensure that we not only stay relevant, but at the front of the scene. We want to become the
most advanced and feature-rich coin out there. This should expedite the adoption process. Adapt to survive, adapt
to thrive. Ride the APEX!

Once minimal adoption is established, we will be focused on turning APEX into the next great vehicle for value building
and BTC generation. We plan on achieving this goal by taking a multi-pronged approach, with each component geared
towards creating volume for the market. We believe healthy volume is a requirement for merchants to accept any currency.
A merchant cannot accept $100 worth of a currency if by the time they dump all $100 worth the market value of said coin
drops by 50%.

Once this volume is achieved, we will use the same agressive tactics to position ourselves to becoming a globally accepted
digital currency over several platforms. This will be done in phases, with each phase starting before the previous phase ends.
True to our namesake, these phases may change as the needs fit when the time comes. We are also open to suggestions.

How do we plan on creating that volume? We will not only utilize all the traditional feature implementation, marketing and
promotional campaigns, but we will be building an environment for miners and traders to turn their hash power or capital to BTC.

Phase 2 - Mass Adoption!
Adoption is important for a coin's survival past initial launch success. Although having high value is probably the best incentive
for a business to accept a coin, there are other incentives that we have more control over. We will be pursuing legitimate
businesses of all kinds to give the community a trusted environment to use their APEX.
