2  Economy / Computer hardware / Getting rid of 6 x Antminer S1 on: March 31, 2015, 03:01:49 PM
I'm getting rid of my 6 S1's as I'm upgrading soon.  They're only heating the house and have no other use to me now.

Open to ALL offers.

Here's the catch.  I'm not shipping them, cleaning them or anything.  They come with PSU's.  So this is aimed at miners local to Wokingham, Berkshire.

They've been running perfectly 24/7.

That's it.

Cheers.
3  Bitcoin / Hardware / Antminer S3 problem on: February 03, 2015, 07:05:18 PM
Hi.  Although not my miner can anyone tell me if this sounds fixable.

When I turn the power on the green ethernet light comes on briefly then stays off. The red light blinks 11 times  about once every 1 second or so. After the 11th flash of the red light the green light under the red one flashes rapidly for about 1.5 seconds and then Red and green light stays on. The fans run.
4  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / How did he do this? on: September 02, 2014, 08:58:59 PM
Please check this site:  193.95.242.159/ant

The guy has monitoring available for his antminers.  I have installed the monitor on my site but I have no idea how to create an external ip address for the miners.  Anyone have any ideas how I can recreate this with my miners.  I'm not very good with networking.

Thanks.
5  Economy / Computer hardware / Giving away my last S1 on: August 24, 2014, 07:05:59 PM
Ok, this is aimed at UK miners.  More specifically those in Berkshire or surrounding area.

I'm going to give away my last S1 soon when my next pair of S3's arrive.  I'm keeping the power supply because it can power 2 S3.  The S1 is too noisy now and having a few S3 on my desk actually helps keep the room warm.  Also, as I've upgraded my main mine I was only holding onto it as a museum piece but I managed to sell off all my U1 & U2 stock.

I'm in Berkshire.  I will not post it.  If someone wants it when I'm done they're welcome to come and collect it.

Thanks.

7  Bitcoin / Mining support / S3 discarded shares on: July 25, 2014, 10:56:18 AM
I've noticed my 2 S3 miners seem to be discarding loads of work. In 15 minutes one accepted 310 and discarded 2950 and the other accepted 347 and discarded 3365. Is this normal? They're networked via a TP-LINK TL-SF1016D switch.
