[DG Hydro 1 by ElphaPex]

Hey everyone,

So, the DG Hydro 1 by ElphaPex is set to be released soon, and I’m debating whether or not it’s worth the investment.

Of course, profitability will likely decline as more units hit the market, but if you can grab one in the first wave, there’s a solid chance to make a decent profit.

That said, I do have one concern. The DG Hydro 1 is a hydro miner, and my past experiences with hydro models haven’t been great—let’s just say they were more trouble than they were worth. 😅 Have these issues improved over the last couple of years? Are hydro miners more reliable now?

If you choose to mine in a hosting center, you also do not have to take care of your miner, because most of the hosting services provide technicians, that are checking on the miner and can repair it on-site in case of any problems.

It’s surprising how many people just set up a miner and forget about checking the market. Honestly, the market moves fast, and you need up-to-date profitability data if you want to maximize returns. I used to rely on old tools like asicminervalue, but recently, I switched to a new tool that updates market data every 15 minutes—way more accurate. They don’t spam you with ads or sell you stuff either, and their calculators make it easy to figure out profitability for different miners and coins.

Final tip: I recommend you to transfer atleast 50% of your altcoins mined to Bitcoins and hold it here, since altcoins tend to be very volatile. So just make profit on altcoins and hold the profit in more stable coin like Bitcoin!

What do you guys think would be the best electricity price since it has 6200W of power consumption?

Where do you usually pre-order to get it ASAP into your hosting/home? 

Few weeks ago I came across this website "asicprofit com" and it seems like they have real-time data from the asic market. Can anyone else confirm? It seems it is highly accurate and updates in real-time lol. Also there are some calculators for almost every coin. Which site do you use for checking ASIC profitability? They also do not advertise any seller so it seems really good

I was browsing some sites with multiple functions of the miner profit tables since I use them on daily basis and every single one is "working" like half the time.

IceRiver will be releasing heir new miner for Alephium, but is there any new expectation for Kaspa miner? I own few Iceriver machines and they are working well so Iam just currious wheter you guys have some insight info or not?

For me it is ofc Kaspa, but Ive seen few people that are mining LTC/DOGE or Alephium etc.

Is there a point to it?

I mean like kaspa machines are the ones that are the most profitable rn and you can just HODL the profit in btc

So recently on the hosting platform I use (Oneminers.com), they have added an otpion to exchange crypto currencies in the platform's wallet. What I am doing right now is mining with the most profitable ASICs, which are Kaspa ASICS and the I transfer to BTC and HODL it there. This way I balanced profitability and stability lol. Your opinion?

So I've been mining Kaspa for quite a while now, but recently, when I was talking with one of my fellow miners I found out that the prices may really differ especially throghout the hosting services. Iam using OneMiners as te hosting platform for my miners, which lets me to mine for 0.065 USD per kWh.

I find this price really good, but I was wondering if you guys know about anything that can be cheaper? Send links or your experiences down bellow, thanks for helping my research 

So from my recent chats, I haev 2 questions.

First of all, from what I've heard, mobile mining is a complete BS that really does nothing except of wasting your time. Here I was told, taht it is completely okay and can make you thousands of USD, your take?

Second I use OneMiners platform for hosting mining, do you guys know any other mining hosting that is not scamming people? And what are their electricity prices?

So my strategy with mining so far is to mine as much Kaspa ASAP and then transfer it into bitcoin and HODL it there. So far so good, but I was wondering if someone thinks otherwise? Let me know in the comments, lets discuss!

I love the way goldshell miners, especially ther small ones are designed so i bought three of them, Iam going to test them out for you guys, but do you think they will be reliable?

If there is anyone with experiences with goldshell miners let me know... I'll let you know in a few days of my results.

So a month ago, the site that I use for online mining introduced the possibility of shared ASIC. The idea is that you buy for example a 1/2 of an ASIC the other half is owned by another guy and you basically split the reward. In case the other half is not bought yet, circlehash owns the other hlaf. You basically split performance and profitability of the miner. You can also buy like a 1/100 of a miner.

Why I like this is that it enables people to start mining with literally any budget. You can also sell your shared piece of the asic to another user, that is mining on circlehash.

I bought 1/2 of BM-KS-Max with my friend that is also mining on circlehash, and after he mines enough to buy the other half, I'll sell it to him. I was really exited about that, so I had to let you guys know, that you do not have to buy KS 0 PRO if you have low budget, but on this site you can buy a shared performance of an ASIC, that has a next level of profitability. Basically you mine a lot more with the same budget lol.

So when WIF - Dog With Hat coin came out, I wanted it to buy just for fun. Unfortunatelly i did not and the coin went up pretty high. Is there any other prospects to look out for? Risky investments are fun sometimes... 

Recently I dived more and more into the solana altcoin and I wondered wheter it is too late to jump into it or not?

It has been a few months since I first started mining on circlehash and their community grows everyday. I started with a low investment of a few hundred dollars into a shared asic miner, tested the site and everyathing worked well. Now I already own a few whole ASICs and i can not complain. The only thing sometimes is communication, but everything works as it should.

I wanted to see somone else's opinion on circlehash, so is there anyone ?

Iceriver just released their new miner, so i was wondering, wha do you guys think? COP OR DROP? Iceriver miners have been reliable so far, so I was wondering wheter to buy this one or not. Are you guys gonna buy it?

So I did some research on both iceriver io as a distributor and iceriver io as a hosting platform. After a bit of a research i found out quite fascinating yet disturbing facts.

First of all, they have changed their allegedly business company name several times. From wha i've found out:

• None was written down on their website (Wayback machine 2023)
• Then they have changed the company name to "HANGDONG TRADING LIMITED"
• After that they have changed the name to another company name "Bgin Trading Limited"

I have also found all across the internet that they have a lot of orders, which were paid, but never delivered. You can find these scammed people all across the forums like bitcointalk, social platforms like twitter and else. A lot of these people share the same story. They made an order. They paid the order. Order was never delivered and iceriver io stopped communicating.

They also claim to be the official distributor of IceRiver machines... This claim is only to be found on their and their website only, there is no way you could outsource this claim, therefore the claim is not valuable at all.

Concluding all these points, I would say that it is not safe to buy stuff from this website, or atleast i would not recommend you to do so. LMK if you have a different take on this.

BTW they also offer a hosting platform to their "customers", but no evidence of real places or machines (photos, videos, etc.) is nowhere to be found. In the past they were focusing on selling the machines by themselves, but right now they started offering the hosting model of the machine, which can be deployed way sooner than delivery model itself, seems sketchy... It reminds me the times of HashFlare. 

So recently the Wind Miner K9 was released, and it seems quite nice, do you guys have any experiences with the product? I consider buying it, since it is like the second best option for mining Kaspa Coin (Bitcoin 2.0 haha).

So mining Kaspa is really profitable so far and I can only recommend. If you can get some electricity fees price, that makes sense for you in europe, you should really mine kaspa, or atleast try it  Anyways any other takes on mining our digital silver?
