I'm looking for a reputable exchange that offers BTC futures with good volume on quarterly/delivery contracts

I currently use bitmex but their delivery contract volume is so low - its highest per 24h is 3-4M$

I'm aware of binance and okex they seem to have good products with high volumes but would like to know if there are more out there?

Is there another free source? I'm only looking for yearly change in supply. do not need every month data.

A question about gaps for senior traders, as far as I am aware , it is common for gaps that are occur in markets to most likely fill but they do not have to

are there are examples for gaps that never been filled in other markets like stocks or gold/silver?

if there is a specific asset that had a gap and never fill would apprecaite it sharing that example over this thread
