Saya mau curhat dikit & bertanya untuk melaporkan penipuan di forum

ceritanya begini

kemarin saya jual minexcoin sama bule, dan tadinya mau pake escrow, berhubung escrow pada offline semua saya ambil jalan alternatif transaksi dengan jumlah kecil.
dari akun bulenya sih meyakinkan rakingnya full member + ada positif trust.
yang bikin ane yakin si tadinya dia mau escrow tapi karena pada tutup ya ane beranikan diri buat transaksi jumlah kecil

dan apesnya ane belum cek pemberi positif trust kedia (ternyata yang kasih positf trus ke dia punya record -2 negative trust).

pas ane kirim dia bilang suruh nunggu 1 konfirmasi (ane masih santai aja karena dia masih respond + online)
dan pas udah 1 transaksi akunya langsung off line, ane pm gak ada respon

ane masih berfikir positif, (kali aja tuh bule ketiduran)

dan besok siang ane cek kok gak di respond2, dan ane cek akun dia online.

ane pun langsung pm dia lagi + dia kasih respon suruh nunggu 29 menit,
ehh saya tunggu sampe 1 jam gk dikirim2.
terus dia alasan lagi katanya rate BTC lagi down, (padahal itu nguntungin dia karena ane transaksi gak pake kurs dollar tapi kesepatakan pake kurs BTC).

dan karena ane gak sabar lagi & udah curiga sama ni orang, ane peringatin dia kalo 15 menit gak dikirim saya kasih negatif trust.
dan bener aja nih orang gak respon sampe sekarang.


ane mau minta tolong, gimana cara ngelaporin ini penipu supaya gak makan korban lagi, soalnya parah juga  akun full member tapi nipu minexcoin yang belom ada exchanger nya.
