2) At point point were they viewed without my consent?
2  Economy / Computer hardware / [WTB] BFL Singles on: August 01, 2012, 12:07:56 AM
Hiya,

Have BFL singles that you would like to sell?  Have a place in line for BFL singles and tired of waiting?  Have your receipt handy and send me a pm.  We'll work out an equitable deal.
3  Economy / Currency exchange / In Vegas, Want Cash on: July 24, 2012, 05:39:55 PM
Hiya Folks,

I'm in Vegas for the week and I know there are a bunch of bitcoiners.  If any of you want to buy some coin, send me a pm here on the forums and we'll figure out a time/place.
4  Economy / Securities / [CLOSED] Imsaguy's PPT @ 7% on: July 03, 2012, 09:17:52 PM
Waiting on the payout from pirate and then I'll disperse the funds.  If you've not given me a payout address yet, please pm it to me.

I am one of the few with a Trust Account.  As a result, I'm going to do what no other passthrough is doing:

I'll give you the full 7% beginning now.

Starting next dividend period, the new max rate from BTCST will be 5%.  As a result, I will be lowering interest rates accordingly.

If you're interested, send me a pm so we can coordinate the transition.

Edit:

Here's the quick and dirty, as suggested:

Deposit Level: 1k+
Interest Rate: 7%
Withdrawls Processed:  Negotiable, preferably monthly
Interest Paid: weekly
Deposits Accepted: Negotiable, preferably monthly
Compounding: allowed
Compounding Period: weekly
Insurance Coverage: Negotiable  This really is hard to price.  I'd suggest you research one of the other offerings if you're concerned about that.

5  Other / Meta / Mods: Keep your opinions to yourself (split from BS&T Home thread) on: July 03, 2012, 06:27:37 PM
This is an open request to Maged, Theymos and the rest of the mods..

If you truly believe Pirate to be a scammer, then label him as much.  Show us the evidence just like you do with the other scammers.  Otherwise, you're just being a hypocrite and we shouldn't trust you anymore.

Edit: Thanks to whomever split this off, I had poor targeting.
6  Other / Off-topic / Chicago Roadtrip to BFL Facility on: June 06, 2012, 06:02:53 AM
Over the past few months, I've discovered just how many Chicago bitcoiners there are.  I've also realized just how many of you are purchasers of BFL equipment.  I've always wanted to visit them and see their fine facility and was curious if any of the other Chicago people would be interested in car pooling with me down there. I'm guessing it'd be about an 8 hour drive each way or so.  We could take turns driving and pool gas money.  If anyone's interested, reply or pm.  I'm thinking sometime in the next 2-3 days.

Let it be known that I got the first payout from Pirate's 5th project.

11  Economy / Services / Design a graphic for me on: February 17, 2012, 02:09:14 PM
I need you to design a graphic for me.  Its to announce a new website coming in March.  I'm open to a wide variety of designs, but keep it tasteful.  Dimensions need to be 210w x 140h.  Watermark it to make sure I'm not scamming.  I'll pay 3 btc to the design I like best.

14  Economy / Goods / [WTB] Sapphire 5830s on: January 24, 2012, 03:42:37 AM
This is an outstanding offer to buy working Sapphire 5830s.  I'm offering $75/card.  If you have multiples and sell all at once, I'll pay shipping, otherwise, shipping's on you.  If we've traded before and/or you have high trust/forum ratings, I'll pay up front, otherwise, we'll have to work out arrangements.

Why is it that the comments on this thread are allowed to continue without any response from any forum moderator or administrator?  This thread is levels worse than any trolling.
16  Economy / Long-term offers / imsaguy's Enormously Interesting Extended Investment Opportunity on: January 18, 2012, 04:14:26 PM
Having been repeatedly been screwed by shipping delays, services failing to deliver, an ever rising difficulty (and expected further jump once the the major manufacturers actually start shipping), and the market price for coins climbing at a seemingly astronomical rate as of late, I must start paying people in USD weighted coin.  I've been paying back coins as quickly as possible and yet the USD value of coins is climbing much faster than I can generate/work off and buy coins each month.  I've sold assets to help payback but I'm to the point where there's not much left to sell and that which is left, won't be very well valued when accounting for USD->BTC.

There are currently 7 creditors remaining.  I will take their balances as of today and value them at a Gox 24hr Avg of $150/coin and continue to pay towards their amount due each month.  I will pay people in the coin equivalent valued via the Gox 24hr avg each Sunday at 12:00p CST beginning next Sunday.  While some debtors have opted to attempt to disappear or value the coins based upon when they were deposited (for me, its been about a 15x-30x value increase from deposit to today), I'll continue to pay to make everyone whole as best as I am able.
17  Economy / Lending / [Working] 90 BTC Investment on: January 16, 2012, 11:42:29 PM
Greetings,

I have some GPUs sitting around unused, specifically, some 5830s.  I don't have the hardware to run them on.  I would like to request an investment of 90btc which will buy the psus and other associated hardware.  I'll build a miner with 5 5830s and then direct payments to you as dividends.  Generally, a person can expect 300 MHash per 5830 but I used 1.4GHash for the 5 cards to estimate generation amounts.

According to nanotube's gribble:
Quote
The expected generation output, at 1400000 Khps, given current difficulty of 1250757.7392747 , is 1.12584530849 BTC per day and 0.046910221187 BTC per hour.

I will direct 4 months (120 days) of mining with the rig to a pool of mutual agreement to an address you specify.  So if we use ozco.in or btcguild, you could have regular payouts ever day or every other day.  I will make my best effort to honor all of this but I won't be responsible for pool outages. (We'll work something out)  This should work out to be about 120BTC over the course of 120 days for your original investment of 90btc.  There will be a lag time between when you send the initial btc, because I'll have to wait for the hardware to show up.  Once its here, I will build it that day, run it for a day to make sure everything is stable, and then begin your 120 days of mining.

I'm open to questions/suggestions, but I kindly request you hold back on the trolling.  I'm more than willing to sign a gpg agreement but would expect you to countersign.

If you wish to be the investor, please reply here and I will pm you an address to deposit your btc.  Once received, I'll post it publicly (as well as your payback address) for transparency's sake.  If you wish to remain anonymous, then pm me, but the addresses will still be published so I can prove I kept up my end of the transaction.

EDIT:  Yes, I know difficulty can change, so if you'd rather lock in a straight 120btc mining contract that finishes in 120 days or less, that'd be fine too.

EDIT2:  I don't mind directing it straight at your pool account, but I will use gpumax as a proxy to your account because it has awesome stats tracking and helps with the stales.

EDIT3: I've been directing 6+Gh/s  in an effort to pay this off sooner.  New ETA is March 7.
