2  Economy / Scam Accusations / [WARNING] BC.Game set my max bet to $0 after $7.5M wagered – no support, no fix on: March 30, 2026, 05:28:17 PM
I'm posting this to warn others about my experience with BC.Game.

I have wagered a total over $7.5 million on their sportsbook and reached Diamond SVIP status. Despite that, my account has effectively been restricted for over 1.5 years, with my maximum bet limit reduced to almost $0.

Because of this I was unable to continue betting at all. My activity dropped because they restricted match betting on my account, I eventually lost my VIP host and all VIP benefits.

After 18 months my account limits were reset to the same level as a newly registered user

I have contacted their customer support (quite a lot of times). My VIP host and the so-called "CEO Inbox" feature which was supposedly created for unresolved cases like this and I have been ignored there for over a month and now they've removed the entire CEO Inbox button from their website.

Nothing has changed. No explanation, no resolution and what makes this worse is that this situation has been ongoing for over a year, and no one at BC.Game seems willing (or able) to fix it.

At this point, I can only conclude that high-volume players are not treated fairly and VIP status means nothing when issues arise.
Support is also completely ineffective with only Indians working there lol.

I'm sharing this so others are aware before depositing or committing serious volume to this platform.
Creating activity on a gambling site will gradually increase your limits on sports betting. Wagering millions will ensure your account can have a x10 or higher limit on sports betting compared to a freshly registered account. Why I'm saddened by this situation is that I've got to start all over again on a different site and bet with shitty limits before I can place proper amounts on e-sports.

3  Economy / Scam Accusations / [Resolved] Thunderpick.io scammed me for $7,966 on: October 30, 2025, 02:17:59 PM
I am aware that others had posted their story about Thunderpick last year and that there is most likely no solution to having this problem fixed. I am still posting this to warn others about the site and advise them to stay away from this website.

I created my account on Thunderpick on October 14th. Basically because there was a CS2 event happening (CS Asia Championships 2025) and literally no other bookmakers were providing live odds at day 1 of the event. Thunderpick was basically the only website that managed to have live odds on the first day of that event. I deposited $500 to play around and ended up winning 19 bets in a row. After this win-streak, they decided to suspend my account and ask for additional information regarding my identity.

Their email contained the message: "We are contacting you from Thunderpick Customer Service. In order to complete your account’s verification process, we'll need to verify your identity and address". They asked for full address verification, my ID and me holding my ID next to my face.

After having provided them with the information, they got back to me after 6 days and told me that they weren't able to verify my account with the documents I provided and asked me to hold a piece of paper with their website and the date on it. After having sent this information they never got back to me again, I keep bumping up the case every few days but I keep getting the same response "Unfortunately, your account is still under review and you will be updated via email once review has been completed." which is strange as they stated they require 1-2 business days to review the documents in their first email.

After doing some research, I found multiple threads and complaints from other users describing the exact same pattern: once you win a large amount, Thunderpick freezes your account, demands excessive KYC, and then ghosts you.
