1. Quick responses to ZEUSHASH issues and community interaction
- How about a live chat every week at specific time? We can do that if you want us to.
2. Transparency of maintenance fee?
- That’s a little hard to understand, because all users are now able to see how much they are charged on maintenance fee. We charge fees according to what we have stated on our official website. So we are not sure what kind of transparency you are looking for.
3. The secondary trading market which enable users converting GHS and MHS.
- That’s a great idea which we are considering too but it depends on the focus of our strategy whether we’ll adopt it or not.
4. More incentives for current customers.
- We do care about those clients who put trust in ZEUSHASH from the very beginning and we will have more special offers for previous clients.
5. More payment methods.
- BTC/LTC and Hashcode are available here. It seems that every country has its own special payment method that we’re hard to cover.
6. Lower maintenance fee.
- The partnership with many reliable BTC/LTC miner producers enables us to gradually lower down overall costs and maintenance fees.
7. Mining other altcoins.
- Seems many users like merged mining with dogecoin? Not sure how long the trend will last. Is there any other altcoins you also want to mine?
